FRECK - Mrs. Evelyn (Poerschke) Freck, former resident of North Tonawanda, died June 18, 1959, after a lingering illness. Born in North Tonawanda on Feb. 5, 1910, Mrs. Freck resided here until 1950 when she and her family moved to Sepulveba, Calif. She is survived by her husband, Victor; a son, James, and a daughter, Judith, and two grandchildren. Also surviving are her father, Rudolph Poerschke; four sisters, Ida, Dolores and Leona of Corfu and Basom, N.Y., and Clara of North Tonawanda; three brothers, Edward of Corfu and Basom, Bernhardt of North Tonawanda and Paul of Buffalo. Burial took place today in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Glendale, Calif.

POERSCHKE - Mrs. Agnes Wilke Poerschke, 68, of Indian Falls, N. Y., died Saturday morning, April 25, 1953, in Genesee Memorial Hospital, Batavia, after a short illness. Born in North Tonawanda, she had lived here moving to Indian Falls 20 years ago. She was a member of the Ladies Guild of the Methodist Church there. Wife of Rudolph; mother of Edward, Mrs. Leona Cole, Mrs. Ida Sumerski, Mrs. Delores Bruneau of Indian Falls, Mrs. Evelyn Freck of Sepulveda, Calif., Paul of Buffalo, Berhardt and Mrs. Clara Freck of North Tonawanda; sister of George Wilke,Patterson, N. J.; Rudolph Wilke, Valley Center, Calif. Grandmother of 20. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in the Beach Mortuary, Corfu, N. Y. Burial in East Pembroke.

August F. Poerschke
August F. Poerschke, 68 years old, died at his home on the Ruie road last
night after a lingering illness. The deceased was born in Germany and has
lived in the Tonawandas during the last fifteen years. Besides his widow,
three daughters and four sons survive. The funeral will be held from the
late home tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, the Rev. August Herring
officiating. Burial will be at Sawyers Creek.

Mrs. Elizabeth Poerschke, 70 yrs. old. died Sunday night at the home of her daughter. Mrs . Gustav Kriedemann, Walck and Nash Rds, after a lingering illness. She was born in Germany. She had been a resident of of North Tonawanda for the past 30 years. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Kriedemann Mrs. August Ziehm and Mrs. Adolf Liebeck, four sons, Otto Braun, and Rudolph, William and August Poerschke, all of North Tonawanda, and a sister, Mrs. Charles Eichler, Ebling, Germany. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Kriedemann home. Rev. Carl Frankenstein of the St. Matthews' church officiating. Burial will be in the St. Matthew Cemetery.
