Joseph Donato, 56, died yesterday
at his home, 636 Fifteenth street.
He was born in Italy and came to
this city 42 years ago. He was
employed by Wright and Kremers,
Inc., and was a member of the
International Hod Carriers and La-
borers Union, local 91, AFL.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary
Constance Donato; four daughters
and two sons, Mrs. John Corsaro,
Mrs. Frank Appoloney, Mrs. Tho-
mas Tedesco, Miss Florence Donato,
Anthony and Frank Donato, this
city.
Funeral services will be held at
his home at 9 a.m. Tuesday an d
a half hour later at St. Joseph's
church. Interment will be in St.
Joseph's cemetery.

Mrs. Maria C. Donato,
75, of 2005 Forest Ave., died
Saturday (March 10, 1962)
at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital
after a prolonged illness.
She had been in ill health
for four years.
A-native of Italy/Mrs. Donato
was a Niagara Falls
resident for 41 years.
Widow of Joseph Donato,
surviving are four daughters,
Mrs. John (Angcilnc)
Corsaro, Miss Florence Donato,
Mrs. Frank (Lena) Appaloney
and Mrs. Thomas
(Josephine) Tedesco, and
two sons, A n t h o n y and
Frank Donato, all of this
city; a sister. Mrs. Joseph
Maria Giuseppa) Fava, this
city, and two b r o t h e r s,
Frank DeFazlo, t h i s city,
and James DeFazio, Phoenix,
Ariz. Also surviving arc
12 grandchildren and three
great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be
held at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday
at the Magaddino Memorial
Chapel Inc. and at 9 a.m. at
St. Joseph's Church. Burial
will be In St. Joseph's Cemetery.
