    DOMINICK CRISTELLIAUGUST 26, 1950 - APRIL 8, 2020​Dominick Cristelli, 69 years old, passed away on April 8, 2020 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  He was born in Niagara Falls on August 26, 1950, the son of the late Vincent and Evelyn (Hannums) Cristelli. Dominick was a 1968 graduate of Niagara Falls High School.​Dominick was a musician who in his younger years played bass guitar with local bands. He also played with Chubby Checker, Chuck Berry and The Coasters.  For many years he worked as a chemical operator in local factories and later was a sales executive in the hazardous waste industry.​Dominick is survived by his wife of 49 years, Barbara (Borowicz) Cristelli; his children, Dominic (Melanie) Cristelli and Melissa (Henry) Hughes; grandchildren, Anthony, Avery and Audrey Cristelli and Henry and Brennan  Hughes; his sisters, Linda (Robert) Spuller, Sheila (Bruce) Kwapis and Evelyn (William) Tolfa as well as many nieces and nephews.​Private services were held for the family.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.ARRANGEMENTS ENTRUSTED TO THE LABUDA FUNERAL HOME, INC.

    Notes:

    Edmund T. Borowicz, 92 years old, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center. He was born in Niagara Falls on May 2, 1926, the son of the late Tomasz and Antonia (Banaska) Borowicz.
    Mr. Borowicz attended local schools and served with the United States Army from August 21, 1944 until his honorable discharge on June 27, 1946. He was a Past Commander at the American Legion Portage Post #1465, a position he served in for 20 years. He was also a Past Commander for the Niagara County American Legion. He put his love for his family above all and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Borowicz was predeceased by his wife, Helen (Butski) Borowicz.
    Mr. Borowicz is survived by his children, Barbara (Dominick) Cristelli, Ronald (Janine) Borowicz and Dennis (Terri) Borowicz; his grandchildren, Dominic (Melanie), Melissa (Henry), Hannah (Jarett), Ethan, Jessie, Timothy, Jennifer (Joseph), Amber and David and his great-grandchildren, Henry, Brennan, Anthony, Audrey and Avery. He was predeceased by his brother, William Borowicz.
    Friends may call on Sunday from 2 until 6 PM at the LABUDA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 356 Portage Road, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 8:45 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM at St. Raphael's Parish, corner of College and Macklem Avenues, with Rev. Ivan Skenderovic officiating. Interment in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Mr. Borowicz are asked to consider the Veterans Administration Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215, Attention: Volunteer Services.

    she was brought to Niagara
    Falls when an infant and had
    resided here for 38 years. she

    Niagara Street School and Gas-
    kill Junior High School. She

    burgh Metallurgical Co. for 10
    years, and prior to that, at the

    Chester (Gladys) Wylucki, all
    of this city. She is also surviv-
    ed by several nieces and
    nephews.
    Funeral services will be held
    at the Zajac Funeral Home Sat-
    urday at 9:30 a.m. and at St.
    Stanisluas Kostka Church at 10
    a.m.
    Burial will be in Holy Trinity
    Cemetery.
    Recitation of prayers will be
    at the funeral home Friday at
    8 p.m.
