Mr. Williams had been employed at National Grinding Wheel in North Tonawanda and was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church (Old Falls Blvd) North Tonawanda. Husband of Catherine (nee Graff) Williams; father of Mrs Wayne (Janet) Zittel of Concord. Calif.. Duane (Marilyn) Williams of St. Lucia, Fla., formerly of No. Tona.. and Thomas (Susan) Williams of Lockport; grandfather of Donald (Vicky) Williams. David. Douglas, Dennis, DariieL Stephen, and Kelly Williams and Lori and Brian Zittel; brother of Walter Williams and the late Alice Achterberg. Agnes Holland. Louise Newman, Elizabeth. Broecker, William and Alvin Williams. Marcus and Helmuth Melienthine, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Tuesday evening 7 to 9 and Wednesday 2 to 4 and.7 to 9 p.m.. at John O Roth Funeral Home, Morgan and William Sts.. Tonawanda where services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday by the Rev Otto Struckmann of Lockport. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.

John Williams, 65 years, old a lifelong
resident of the town of Wheatfield,
died yesterday. The funeral
will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2
o'clock from the late residence, Ward
road, and half an hour later from St.
John's church. Rev. Walter Thiemecke
officiating. Burial will be in the
Lutheran cemetary, Niagara Falls
boulevard. Surviving are three daughters,
Mrs. Charles Achterberg, Pickanls
Bridge; Mrs. Louis Holland and Mrs.
Louise Newman of North Tonawanda;
four sons, William F.. Alvin. Edmund
and Walter Williams of St. Johnsburg;
three sisters, Mrs. Christ Ziemendoif
ot St. Johnsburg. Mrs. Henry Bruning
of Royalton and Mrs. Herman Holland
of Erie, Pa. and four brothers. William

of Barker and Phillip Williams of
