DAVIS - Audrey J. (nee Wendt) Age 92 of the City of Tonawanda, August 12, 2020. Wife of the late George W. Davis, who died in 2008; mother of James Wilson (Sandra) Davis and Carla Sue (Perry) Cline; grandmother of James Wilson (Carol) and Joseph Wilson (Erica) Davis, Cory Edward and Kelly Lynn Wright; great-grandmother of Paxton Herbert, Mitilda Rose, Sara and Kayla Davis, Elizabeth and Alex Sirgey; and sister of the late Donna, John, William and Nancy. Audrey was a Life Member of Bethlehem Chap. 634 OES and Beta Sigma Phi. Also a member of the Tonawanda Senior Citizens, Travel Club and the Salvation Army Golden Agers. Audrey had been employed by Van Raalt Co., Jenss Twin-Ton and retired from L.L. Berger, Inc. A private Prayer Service and burial will be held in Elmlawn Cemetery with Audrey’s immediate family. Wendt, 65, of 6248 Corwin Road,
a retired power plant foreman
for the Harrison Radiator
Division of General Motors
Inc., died Sunday (July 2,1JT72)
at Buffalo General Hospital
after a long illness. _„ri
Born In North Tonawanda he
lived in the Lockport area for
more than 30 years and had
retired from Harrison after 25
years of service.
He was a member of Trinity
Lutheran Church, Lockport;
the Tonawandas Sportsmen's
Club; Niagara County Sportsmens'
Association; the
Mossport Racing Club;
Packard Automobile Classic
Club; the Antique Automobile
Club; the O.X,5 Club of
America; New York State
Rifle and Pistol Association;
the National Rifle Association;
the G-9 Management Club,
Inc., and the National
Management Association.
Mr. Wendt is survived by his
widow, Mary Lagoy Wendt; a
son, John Wendt of Mountain
Top, Pa.; a daughter, Mrs.
George (Audrey) Davis of
Tonawanda; two brothers,
Robert Wendt of Los Angeles
and Wilfred Wendt of North
tonawanda; two grandchildren
and two greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be
held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the
Hamp Funeral Home,
Tonawanda, by the Rev.
Ernest Heuer. Burial will be in
St. Matthews Lutheran
Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4
and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the
funeral home.

NORTH TONAWANDA, April
16—William E. Wendt, 76, of 431
Robinson St., died last evening
(April 15,1955) It his home.
He was employed by the Ameri-
can District Steam Co. and the
Richardson Boat Co., retiring sev-
eral years ago. He was a member
of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church,
Rescue Hose Co. and the Ex-
Firemen's Assn.
He is survived by three sons,
Elmer, Lockport, Robert, in Wis-
consin and Wilfred, this city; eight
grandchildren and two great grand-
children; a brother, Martin Wendt,
of Dalton, and a sister, Mrs. Mary
Sahr, Pittsburgh.
Last rites will be held Monday
at 2 p.m. at the home and at 2:30
at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church.
Interment will be in St. Matthew's
Cemetery.

William married KICKBUSH, Dorothea M about 1905. Dorothea (daughter of KICKBUSH, Albert and Mary) was born about 1885 in New York; died on 9 Feb 1949 in North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
