    Obituary of Hazel R. Calos

    Hazel R. Calos passed away on Saturday September 19, 2020 at Elderwood of Lockport.  Born in St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada on January 23, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Peter Reid and Margaret Campbell Brady.  Hazel was a life member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church and enjoyed sewing, cooking, reading but especially babysitting and spending time with her family.  She is predeceased by her loving husband, Anthony S. Calos, who passed away in 1974.
    Hazel was the dearest mother of Kevin (Lynne) Calos, Anne (Robert) Fetterhoff, Barbara (Del) Danvir and the late Stephan (Laura) Calos.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kathy (Troy) Aman, Nancy (Franz) Amidor, Jennifer (Jason) Jones, Matthew (Sylvia) Calos, Jeffrey (Staci) Fetterhoff, Daniel (Megan) Fetterhoff, Alyson (Chris) Stacey, Natalie (Eric) Drabinski, Stephanie (Daniel) Teichman and Kevin ( Rachael) Danvir; great grandmother of 21 and great great grandmother of 2.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.  Beside her husband, Hazel was also predeceased by her siblings, James and Norman Brady, May Puff, Ethel Chambers and Margaret Gormley.
    There will be no prior visitation.  Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Inurnment will be in cold Spring Cemetery.  Online Condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com.

    & Reynolds Funeral home.
