Kathleen VanSickle of Newfane, NY wife of Francis VanSickle entered into rest on Thursday, December 31, 2020 in Buffalo, NY. She was born in Lockport, NY on November 7, 1946, the daughter of the late Albert and Kathleen Chapman Verheyn. Kathleen retired from General Motors. She enjoyed gardening, bowling, playing bingo and loved her pets; Buster, LuLu and Mr. Winslow. Mother of Roland (Mandy) Roger and Kathleen Anderson. Step mother of Tammy Kibler, Todd (Laura) VanSickle and Troy (Sandra) VanSickle. Sister of Albert (Marilyn) Verheyn and the late Shirley Budde, Karen Roggow and Sally Flynn. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, aunts, uncle, nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 11am in the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Niagara County SPCA www.niagaraspca.org would be appreciated by the family.
