Albina V. Murawski, 92, of the Town of Niagara, passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, January 18, 2021, under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on August 24, 1928 she was the daughter of the late Peter and Viola (Bukowski) Wrobel. Albina attended local schools and worked for the Carborundum Corporation. She married Joseph S. Murawski on September 17, 1946 at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. They were married for 62years, until his passing in 2009.She is survived by her sons, Joseph (Lucy)Murawski and Michael (Maria) Murawski; daughters, Joan (Samuel) Hoover, Susan (David) Sobiegray and Sally (Darrell) Smith; nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Peter (Mary) Wrobel and Chester (Stella) Wrobel; sister, Stella M. Wrobel and Florence J. Wrobel.There is NO PRIOR visitation. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 23rd at St. Vincent DePaul Parish (St. Leo site), 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Robert Hughson officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Burial following in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. Arrangements entrusted to ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME INC.
