Larry Eugene Duhow, age 59, of Lockport, entered into rest on Thursday, March 10, 2016. Born February 26, 1957 in Newfane, Larry is the son of Robert and Dorothy (Kerwin) Duhow.
Larry married Sharon Parmley November 17, 1979 at St. Bridgets R.C. Church in Newfane. He was a self-employed landscaper. Larry was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. He loved going to Bike Week at Daytona and watching the races. He also enjoyed camping, landscaping and spending time with his family.
Larry is survived by his loving wife, Sharon; daughter, Christa (Kevin) Ritz and granddaughters, Haylie and Emily. He is also survived by siblings, Diane (James) Lee, Bonnie (Terry) Endenton, Dave (Marleen) Duhow, Karen (Greg) Smith, Rob (Kathy) Duhow, Bob (Krista) Duhow and Vic (Sara) Thibault; also survived by a brother-in-law, Robert (Deanna) Parmley; a sister-in-law, Dawn (Jason) Burkett and his mother-in-law, Donna Parmley. He was predeceased by a sister, Donna Nytes and a brother, Gary Duhow. He will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Kenneth H. Sherrie Funeral Home, 6139 East Avenue, Newfane, on Friday, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am from St. Brendan's on the Lake R.C. Church (St. Bridgets Site)

Lockport: Sharon A. Duhow, 60, passed away peacefully January 24, 2021. She was born June 14, 1960 in Newfane, the daughter of the late Ashely Ray Parmley and Donna R. (Townsend) Parmley. Sharon was a 1979 graduate of Newfane High School and also graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.Sharon was a member of St. Brendan on the Lake in Newfane. She enjoyed camping, puzzles and sitting on her front porch listing to thunder storms. Sharon’s greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.Sharon was predeceased by her husband Larry Eugene Duhow; sister, Dawn Burkett; sister-in-law Donna Nytes and brother-in-law Gary Duhow. She is survived by her daughter, Christa (Kevin) Ritz; grandchildren, Haylie, Emily and Vinny; brother, Robert (Deanna) Parmley; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Diane (James) Lee, Bonnie (Terry) Enderton, Dave (Marleen) Duhow, Karen (Greg) Smith, Rob (Kathy) Duhow, Bob (Krista) Duhow; Vic (Sara) Thibault; brother-in-law, Jason Burkett and several nieces, nephews and cousins.No prior calling hours.
