    August F. Poerschke, 57, of 817 Nash road, died Saturday night in the DeGraff Memorial hospital after a month's illness. Born in Germany, he had resided in North Tonawanda the past 48 years. He was a member of St. Peter's American Lutheran church. Surviving are his wife, Agnes, nee Kriedemann; two sons, Lt. Raymond Poerschke, of the Ninth Air Force in France, and Alvin Poerschke of North Tonawanda; two daughters, Mrs. Howard Upleger of Imlay City, Mich., and Betty at home; two grandchildren, two brothers, Rudolph of Indian Falls, N. Y., and William of North Tonawanda, and two sisters, Mrs. Adolph Liebeck and Mrs. Marie Kriedemann of North Tonawanda. Rites will be held tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. from the residence. The Rev. Robert Hein will officiate. Burial will be in Elmlawn

    August F. Poerschke, 68 years old, died at his home on the Ruie road last
    night after a lingering illness. The deceased was born in Germany and has
    lived in the Tonawandas during the last fifteen years. Besides his widow,
    three daughters and four sons survive. The funeral will be held from the
    late home tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, the Rev. August Herring
    officiating. Burial will be at Sawyers Creek.

    Mrs. Elizabeth Poerschke, 70 yrs. old. died Sunday night at the home of her daughter. Mrs . Gustav Kriedemann, Walck and Nash Rds, after a lingering illness. She was born in Germany. She had been a resident of of North Tonawanda for the past 30 years. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Kriedemann Mrs. August Ziehm and Mrs. Adolf Liebeck, four sons, Otto Braun, and Rudolph, William and August Poerschke, all of North Tonawanda, and a sister, Mrs. Charles Eichler, Ebling, Germany. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Kriedemann home. Rev. Carl Frankenstein of the St. Matthews' church officiating. Burial will be in the St. Matthew Cemetery.

    NORTH TONAWANDA, April 23.—
    Rites will be held tomorrow afternoon
    for Julius L. Kriedemann, 68 years old,
    who died yesterday at his home, 795
    Nash road. The services will be conducted
    from the late residence at
    2:30 o'clock. The Rev. Ernest
    Schneppe, of St. Peter's Evangelical
    church, of which Mr. Kriedemann was
    a member, will conduct the rites.
    Bom in Germany, Mr. Kriedemann
    resided in North Tonawanda 51 years.
    He was a mason contractor for many
    years. He was a past president of
    Local No. 49, Bricklayers, Masons and
    Plasterers' International Union. He
    leaves a wife, Louise; two sons, Edward
    and Arthur; two daughters. Mrs.
    Alfred Nantke and Mrs. August Poerschke,
    eight grandchildren and a sister,
    Mrs. Augusta Acksell, all of North
    Tonawanda.

    Mrs. Louise Kriedemann, 63 years old, 795 Nash road, died this morning at the DeGraff Memorial hospital after an illness of several weeks. She was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran church on Thompson street. Born in Wollenberg, Mich., she had resided in North Tonawanda the past 30 years. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Alfred Nantke and Mrs. August Poerschke, both of North Tonawanda; two sons, Edward and Arthur, North Tonawanda; nine grandchildren and four brothers, Henry, August and Louis Penzlien, Imlay City, Mich., and Charles Penzlien, Dryden, Mich. Rites will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the residence. The Rev. Ernst Schneppe will officiate. Interment in Friedens cemetery.
