    OBITUARY

    Arlene Brontmire of  Sanborn, NY, passed away on  Sunday, May 16, 2021, at her residence.   She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on June 23, 1927, a daughter of the late William and  Myrte Mae [Makin] Woock.
    Mrs. Brontmire was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School in 1945.
    She was an active member of Hope United Methodist Church and enjoyed singing with the Larks in Ransomville.
    Mrs. Brontmire was the wife of the late George C. Brontmire, who passed away in January of 2008.
    She is survived by her son John C. (Rosalie)  Brontmire,  grandson George (Michelle) Bradley, IV,  two great grandsons Preston and Jackson Bradley, a niece April (Alex) Nacca, also many other nieces and nephews.
    Mrs. Brontmire was the mother of the late Gale (late George "Skip" )Bradley and sister of the late William Woock,  Winifred Rider and Margaret Woock.
    Her family will be present on Thursday from  3-7  PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM, with the Rev. Matthew Kofahl officiating.
    Interment in Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
    Due to current regulations, we require facial coverings and social distancing.

    and Mrs. Robert (Mary) Workman, this
    cits; sister of Mrs. Josephine Carpenter
    and Mrs. Clifford (Marjorie) Sharp,'
    both of this city. Also survived by 6
    grandchildren and one great grandson.
    Funeral services will be held Tuesday
    1 p.m. from the OTTO REDANZ
    FUNERAL HOME, Inc., Michigan Ave.
    and Tenth St. with the Rev. Kenneth E.'
    Traxler, pastor of Wesely United
    Methodist Church officiating. Burial in
    Riverdale Cemeterv. The family will be
    present Monday 35 and 7-9 p.m.

    William M. Woock, 62, a resident
    of this city for 44 years and
    uncle of County Clerk Frank A.
    Woock, died unexpectedly last
    night (Nov. 12, 1956) at the Ransom
    Nursing Home where he had
    been a resident for the last month-
    Mr. Woock made his home with
    a son, William J. Woock, 1816
    Cleveland Ave. He was born in
    North Tonawanda. He worked at
    the old William A. Rogers plant in
    this city for 19 years until the plant
    closed in 1931. In later years he
    worked for the city.
    Besides his son and nephew,
    Mr. Woock is survived by two
    daughters, Mrs. Mabel Ryder, this
    city and Mrs. Mildred A. Brontmire,
    Lewiston, and seven grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be conducted
    .at the Gridley Funeral
    Home at 1 p.m. Thursday with the
    Rev. John E. Wickenden, rector of
    the Epiphany Episcopal Church,
    officiating. Burial will be in Oak-
    wood Cemetery.
