OBITUARY
Carol A. Geromel of North Tonawanda, NY, passed away on September 27, 2021.
Carol was the wife of the late Daniel J. Geromel, mother of Laurie (Alan) Robell, and Jeffrey Geromel, grandmother of Kevin and Melissa Robell, Andrew and Becky Geromel, sister of the late Marilyn (Jay) Miller, also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Private services were held at the wishes of her family.
Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice,4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport N.Y. 14094.

In a ceremony- Nov. 2, in Immanuel Lutheran
Church Miss Carol Anne Strehlow, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Herbert E. Strehlow, 294 Kohler St., became the
bride of Daniel Joseph Geromel, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Joseph Geromel, 194 Schenck St.

enhanced with chrysanthemums gauntlets completed her costume
and pompons. Palms and lighted
tapers in branch candelabra completed
chancel decorations
Escorted by her father, t h e
bride wore a white tissue taffeta
dress with long tapered sleeves.
bouffant skirt and a chapel length
train. The sahrina neckline was
outlined with lace and sequins.
Her finger tip veil was attached to
a lace plateau cap embroidered
with pearls and sequins. She carried
a semi-cascade bouquet of
white roses and daisies tied with
blue shower ribbons.
Mrs. Jay Miller, the bride's sister,
as matron of honor, wore a
sapphire blue ballerina length
dress with a velvet bodice and
chiffon skirt accented with a cum-
merbund and floating back panels.
A matching velvet headband
gauntlets completed her costume
and she carried pale pink roses
and yellow daisies in a semicascade
arrangement, tied with pink
streamers. Similarly attired were
the bridesmaids Miss Dawn Innes
and Miss Phyllis Waterstrat.
Vincent Caradonna attended the
bridegroom as best man. Ushers
were Jay Miller and Eugene Bunker.
The bride's mother chose a
navy blue lace dress with white
accessories and a corsage of white
roses. The bridegroom's mother
selected a beige lace dress com-
plemented with brown accessories
and a corsage of vellow roses.
A reception was given in the
Delaware Hotel immediately after
the ceremony with guests present
from Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Syr-
acuse and Rochester. Tapers, a
tiered wedding cake and flowers
centered the bride's table,
Mr. and Mrs. Goromel traveled
to Virginia for their wedding trip.
As a going-awav costume the
wore a black tweed suit with a
mink collar and black and white
accessories. They are at home

Entertaining for the bride at
prenuptial showers were Mesdames
Alfred Strehlow, Arthur
Waterstrat, Clarence Tledman and
Miss Innes. Mr. and Mrs. Miller
entertained after the wedding re-
hearsal.
