    Miller, Kathleen E. Age 76 of North Tonawanda, January 7, 2022. Mother of Michele L. (nee Erickson) (Paul) Kroetsch; grandmother of Bryan, Michael and Lauren; daughter of the late Cornelius and Esther (nee Wrege) Miller; sister of Barbara Kulju, David (Mary) and Timothy Miller; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A 1963 graduate of North Tonawanda H.S., Kathleen worked 41 years in the offices of Columbus McKinnon. Kathleen was a lifelong devout Catholic. She was a parishioner at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church before its closure in 2008 and at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church since that time. She loved to volunteer her time at church ministries and functions. She loved traveling, football and above all spending time with her family. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 13th, from 4-7 PM, at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan and Broad Sts.), in Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 AM, Friday, January 14th, in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 57 Center Ave., in North Tonawanda. Everyone is welcome to attend. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Kathleen may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Pt. Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.     NORTH TONAWANDA - Cornelius J.-Miller, 52,
    of 1399 Payne Ave. died unexpectedly Wednesday (Oct.
    4,1967) in Kenmore Mercy Hospital;
    Mr. Miller was a lifelong resident of this city and
    was employed as production manager of the Roblin
    Steel Corp.
    He and his wife also operated
    the "Happy House," a gift and
    candy store at the Mid-City
    Plaza.
    Mr. Miller was a member of
    Elks Lodge No. 860, the Grat-
    wick Hose Co., Exempt Volun-
    teer Firemen's Associations and
    St. Joseph's Church.
    He is survived by his widoe,
    Esther Wrege Miller; two sons,
    David and Timothy Miller, and
    two daughters, Kathleen and
    Barbara Miller, at at home;
    three sisters, Miss Lorraine Mil-
    ler, Mrs. william Karr and Mrs.
    Benjamin Stryker, all of North
    Tonawanda, and one brother,
    Donald Miller, also of North
    Tonawanda.
    Prayers will be said Saturday
    at 9:30 a.m. at the Fretthold
    Funeral Home. A Requiem Mass
    will follow at St. Joseph's
    Church at 10 a.m.
    Burial will be in Mount Olivet
    Cemetery.
    Friends may call today and
    Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
    p.m. at the funeral home.

    A pretty wedding was solemnized
    Saturday morning in the Ascension
    rectory by the Very Rev.
    J. T. McCarthy at 11 o'clock when
    Miss Esther Wrege, daughter of
    Mr. and Mrs. Herman Wrege of
    225 Ward road became the bride
    of Mr. Cornelius Miller of 48 Allen
    street, son of the late Albion
    and Doty Miller.
    The bride wore a navy blue suit
    with white accessories and a corsage
    of gardenias and gypsophilia.
    The bride's attendants were
    Mrs. Robert Seiler, who wore a
    dusty rose suit with navy accessories
    and Mrs. Benjamin Stryker
    in violet with navy accessories.
    Each wore a corsage of sweet
    peas and roses.
    The groom was attended by Mr.
    Robert Seiler and Mr. Benjamin
    Stryker.
    ' After the ceremony a dinner
    was held at Lorengo's for the immediate
    families.
    Later a reception was held for
    seventy five at the bride's home,
    the table being centered with a
    three-tier wedding cake adorned
    with a bride and groom.
    The bride's going away costume
    was an orchid dress with white
    accessories.
    After a short wedding trip the
    couple will make their home in
    20 Clinton street.
    Pre-nuptial showers given in
    honor of the bride were given by
    Mrs. Herman Wrege, Mrs, Robert
    Seiler, Mrs. Bernhardt Ramo, Mrs.
    Wilbert Lee and Mrs. Sylvester
    Schofield.
