    Janet Dunstan, 68, of Youngstown, NY, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at O.L.P Nursing Care Residence. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Ronald and Helen (Cushman) Dyke.
    Janet was a graduate of Niagara-Wheatfield Senior High School and earned her Associate’s degree from Niagara County Community College. On May 24, 1974, she married her beloved husband, Brian Dunstan.
    Janet owned and operated Janet Dunstan’s Dance Academy for over 40 years where she taught many generations the love of dance. She was instrumental with the Niagara Falls Experience Players as an original board member and choreographer, as well as the Niagara Falls High School Drama Club.
    In addition to her love for dance, Janet was also a talented painter. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
    Janet is survived by her husband Brian of 48 years; her loving children, Barry Dunstan and Courtney (Scott) Glenn; four cherished grandchildren, Myla Dunstan, Blake Dunstan, Giselle Glenn and Adeline Glenn; her brother, Thomas (late Muriel) Dyke; her brothers-in-law, Bill (Dru) Mang and Barry (Melanie) Dunstan; her nieces and nephews, Katie Watkins, John Mang, Susan (Roy) Guidry, Nicole (Phil) Baker and Derek (Catherine) Dunstan; as well as countless friends and students. She was predeceased by her siblings, Stanton Dyke and Shirley Mang.
    Visitation will be on Saturday, July 23 from 11 – 4 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will follow at 4:00 PM.     Adeline Alongi of Lewiston, NY, passed away on November 5, 2023 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  Born in Pine River, Manitoba, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Anna (Boynarchuk) Parcey.
    Adeline graduated from high school in Canada, and came to the Niagara Falls area in the mid 1950’s. She was employed for 25 years as Store Manager with Thom McCann Shoe Store on Main Street in Buffalo, NY.  Adeline’s entire life was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was always there for every event, and was an Uber driver before it became popular, taking her family wherever they needed to go.
    Adeline is survived by her sons, Barry (Melanie) Dunstan and Brian (late Janet) Dunstan; her step-children, Anthony (Cammy) Alongi and Michael (Pam) Alongi; her beloved grandchildren, Nicole (Phil) Baker, Barry Dunstan, Derek (Catherine) Dunstan, and Courtney (Scott) Dunstan-Glenn and 8 beloved great-grandchildren; her sister, Elsie (late Donald) Connor, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Adeline was predeceased by her husband, Vito V. Alongi, her former spouse, Kenneth Dunstan, as well as by 8 siblings.
    Per Adeline’s wishes, private funeral services and interment in Western New York National Cemetery, Pembroke, NY, alongside her husband Vito, will be held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org.   Arrangements by M.J.
