    Nancy (Schaeffer) Woock passed away July 27, 2022 under Hospice care at Beechwood.  She was born in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania on April 16, 1934, the youngest of ten children of Thomas and Anna (Shunk) Schaeffer.  She attended schools in Pennsylvania.  On June 6, 1953, she married William F. Woock in Spring Mills, Pennsylvania and settled in Niagara Falls.
    Mrs. Woock was employed as a school bus driver for Niagara Falls Coach Lines for ten years.  She then worked as a cashier for Valu Home Centers in Niagara Falls.
    She is a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, North Tonawanda and the New Beginners Group at the Lewiston Senior Citizens Center.  She was also a member of the Wheatfield Senior Center.  Her personal interests include crocheting, knitting, cooking and baking.  She was also an avid card player who enjoyed euchre, cribbage and canasta.
    She is survived by three daughters, Patricia Metro (Robert) of Niagara Falls; Linda Liddle (late Jeffrey) of West Seneca and LeaAnn Martin (Michael) of Wheatfield; a son, William “Skip” Woock, III (Brenda) of Hernando, FL; former AFS exchange student, Clara Di Luca (Michelangelo Montefusco) of Milan, Italy; 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
    In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, William “Bill” Woock, Jr. June 1, 1994; her siblings, Kathryn Aimone; Irene Meyers; Janet Crater; Betty Burd; Algie Bailey; Jeremiah, Walter, Melvin and Bruce Schaeffer.
    Friends may call on Monday, August 1st from 3 – 7 PM at LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue in Niagara Falls where Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 2nd at 11:00 AM.  The internment will be private.
    If desired, memorial contributions in honor of Nancy may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.  Flowers gratefully declined.

    of Niagara Falls, N. Y., and Mrs.
    Grace Joyce of Tonawanda; four

    grandchildren. Rites will be held
    Saturday afternoon at 3:45 o'clock
