    Notes:

    Frank ‘Chick’ Tedesco, 85, of Lewiston, NY, passed away on August 14, 2022 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Sebastian ‘Yano’ and Sarah (Farina) Tedesco.
    Chick was a 1954 graduate of Niagara Falls High School.  He served proudly in the United States Air Force from 1954 until his honorable discharge in 1958.  On November 23, 1956, he married Marjorie (Zafuto) Tedesco.  Frank graduated Cum Laude from Niagara University in 1962.  He owned and operated Universal Insulation and Frontier Metal Buildings with his son and grandson as the Proprietor and Sales Manager for 40 years until his retirement in 2020. 
    Frank was the Chairman of the National and Regional Advisory Boards for the Northeast Region of V.P. Buildings, where he also held various other offices.  In 2013, he received the Legend in Steel Award, the company’s highest honor.  Chick was also a member of the Niagara County Builders Association.  He enjoyed playing tennis and golfing, and recorded 3 holes in one, and was a member of Niagara Falls Country Club and Naples Lake Country Club since 1979.  Frank enjoyed vacationing to Florida as well as to Phoenix, AZ and California.  Above all, Chick centered his life around his family and friends.
    In addition to his wife of 65 years, Frank is survived by his sons, Frank A. Tedesco, Jeffrey M. Tedesco, and Christopher J. (Kathy) Tedesco; his grandchildren, Alexis Tedesco, Isabella Tedesco, Justin (Mia) Tedesco, Krista (Jeffrey) Gruarin, Anthony Tedesco, and Sophia Tedesco; his great-grandchildren, Enzo Tedesco, Luna Tedesco, Gino Tedesco, Nolan Gruarin, and Shay Gruarin; his siblings, Patricia A. Mack and Gary S. (Rosa) Tedesco, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
    Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 18 from 4 – 7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304.  Frank’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10:30 AM at Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14301.  Everyone please assemble at church. Interment with Military Honors in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, https://www.stjude.org/donate/.  Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences

    Tedesco, 67, last survivor of
    a family group that once operated
    the largest macaroni factory
    in the city, will be held
    at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the
    Spallino Funeral Home and at
    9 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church.
    Mrs. Tedesco, of 320 12th
    St., died Saturday (March 19,
    1960) at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital.
    She was the wife of the late
    Frank Tedesco, president of
    the Tedesco Baking Co. and
    Tedesco M a c a r o n i Works,
    which until 1932 operated out
    of a four-story buildjng in
    12th St. The firm, established
    by three brothers, once shipped
    macaroni products all
    over Western New York.
    Mrs. Tedesco, who was active
    in the firm, was born in
    Italy and had lived in this
    city for 50 years.
    S u r v i v i n g are s e v e n
    sons, Henry, John, Thomas,
    Charles, Anthony and Frank
    Tedesco, all of this city, and
    Sebastian Tedesco, New Haven,
    W. Va., and three daughters,
    Mrs. Josephine Critelli
    and Mrs. James Thorman,
    both of this city, and Mrs.
    Anthony Z e 1 i n s k y, Ozona,
    Tex.
    Also surviving are four sisters,
    Mrs. Laura Cascio, Mrs.
    Leonard DiMaria and Mrs.
    George Gullo, all of Buffalo,
    and Mrs. Angelo Patti, Hamburg;
    a brother, Frank Militello,
    of Buffalo; 16 grandchildren
    and four great grandchildren.
    Burial will be in St. Joseph's
    Cemetery.

    Mrs. Farina had been ill for several

    Born in Italy, she was a communicant
    of St. Joseph's Church
    and a member of thc American
    Pension Club.
    Wife of the late Paul Farina,
    Mrs. Farina is survived by two
    daughters, Mrs. Joseph M. De-
    Laura, this city, and Mrs. Sebastian
    Tedesco, New Haven. W. Va., and
    two sons, Vincent and Paul Farina,
    both of this city. Also surviving
