    APPLETON - The marriage of
    Miss Dorothy A. Cutter, daughter
    of Mr. and Mrs. John H. Cutter,
    of John street, Lockport, and Wal-
    ter G. Wyman, son of Mr. and Mrs.
    Frank Wymann, was solemnized in
    St. Mary's rectory, Lockport, on

    Saturday morning. The ceremony
    was performed by the Rev. John
    Chrlstman, pastor.
    The bride was gowned in aqua
    blue marquisette over taffeta with
    hat to match and she carried an
    arm bouquet of white roses, sweet
    peas and gypsophlla.
    She was attended by Mrs. George
    Jelig .who wore yellow marquette
    over taffeta with matching hat and
    she carried yellow roses, sweet peas
    and gypsophlla. Lynford Wyman,
    brother of the groom, was the best
    man. The wedding dinner was served
    at the park hotel to the Immediate
    families, covers being laid for
    twenty-three.
    Mr. and Mrs. Wyman are enjoying
    a trip to the Thousand Islandj and
    upon their return they will reside
    at 17 Harvey avenue, Lockport

    NFWFANE, Oct. 29-Services
    for Mrs. Idella McDonald Wyman,
    widow of Frank Wyman, will be
    held at the family home, Appleton.
    at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
    The Rev. Paul Bluhm, of the
    West Somerset Baptist church, will
    officiate. Interment will be in Corwin
    cemetery.
    Mrs. Wyman fractured her leg two
    months ago but was recovering and
    getting about in a wheelchair. Friday
    she suffered a stroke at the
    home of her daughter. Mrs. Alice
    Biddle, Scotsville. and died last
    night.
    Mrs. Wyman was a daughter of
    the late Alice Bassler and Marshall
    McDonald and most of her life had
    been spent in the Town of Newfane.
    Besides the daughter, she is survived
    by two sons, Lynford, Somerset
    Corners, and Walter, lockport;
    three granddaughters and two sisters.
    Mrs. Charles Branch. Newfane,
    and Mrs. Glen Swigert of Charlotte

    Niagara Gazette - 12/19/1923

    Hiram Wyman. 85 years old, a farmer
    of Appleton. died at his residence last
    evening. Besides his wife he is survived
    by one son and two daughters.
    The funeral will be held Wednesday
    afternoon at 2 o'.elock from the family
    residence and burial will be in the West
    Somerset cemetery.

    APPLETON-Funeral s e r v i c es
    for Mrs. Prudence Wyman, widow
    of the late Hiram Wyman who died
    Saturday, were held at the home
    of a daughter, Mrs. Oscar Gow,
    and Mr. Gow, Hess road, with the
    Rev. Charles Sicard, pastor of the
    Wesleyan Methodist church officiating.
    Burial was In the family plot
    in the West Somerset cemetery.
    Mrs. Wymnn was born In Swanton,
    Franklin county, Vermont on August
    27, 1842. She was brought to this
    section by her parents. Mr. and Mrs.
    Chester Pierce, when an infant and
    made her home with them on the
    Hess road until her marriage to
    Hiram Wyman on May 11, 1872.
    After their marriage the couple
    lived on a farm In North Hartland
    for 40 years and later made their
    home on the corner of the Hess road
    and Swlgert road.
    Mrs. Wyman had been confined
    to her bed most of the time since
    she suffered a fractured right arm
    last September. She was a member
    of the Wesleyan Methodist church.
    The pallbearers were all grandsons,
    Clifford Wyman, Walter Wyman,
