    Lowville, Dec. 27.—The marriage
    of Miss Anna Louise Steinbrenner,
    only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph
    Steinbrenner. formerly of this village,
    but for the past five years of
    Oid Forge, and Leslie Earl Beck of
    Oswego, took place today at the
    home of the bride in Old Forge. The
    wedding was very Informal, only the
    Immediate family and friends being
    present, with the exception of the
    Camp Fire Girls of which Miss Steinbrenner
    has been a member. Rev.
    E. Willis Enersal, of the Episcopal
    church of this village performed the
    ceremony.
    After a short wedding trip Mr.
    and Mrs. Beck will reside at Hornell
    where Mr. Beck is engaged as s
    teacher. Miss Steinbrenner is very
    well known in Lowvllle. having lived
    here during ber childhood and at
    tended the Lowvllle schools. Dr. and
    Mrs. C A. Douglass and Mae Anna
    Steinbrenner of this Village motored
    to Old Forge this morning and attended
    the wedding.

    Steinbrenner, 78, born in
    Brooklyn, died here M6nday
    in the home of her daughter,
    Mrs. Leslie E. Beck, 45 Rockland
    Ave. She was the widow
    of Adolph G.. Steinbrenner, a
    Lowville, N. Y., business man.
    Mrs. Steinbrenner, daughter
    of the late James and Louise
    Dubernell, was educated at
    Packer Collegiate Institute.
    Her father, a merchant tailor,
    had as his trademark "The
    Sign of the Golden Fleece," and
    had the patronage of many of
    Brooklyn's leading residents.
    Surviving, in addition to Mrs.
    Beck, are a son, Adolph. G.
    Steinbrenner of Lowville; a
    sister, Mrs. Ada H. Hamilton of
    235 Adams St., Brooklyn; four
    grandsons and five greatgrandchildren.
    Services will be held at 2
    p.m. tomorrow in Lowville.
    Burial'wiTTbe in St. John's
    Cemetery, Mohawk Hill.
