    Six sons and a daughter will share equally in the estate of Sophia Hildebrandt, who died here on March 26, under the terms of a will admitted to probate at City Hall today by Judge-Surrogate Raymond A. Knowles.
    The heirs are Samuel, Anthony P., John J., Harvey P., Theodore L., and Benjamin Hildebrandt, all of this city and Lulu B. Watson, also of this city. The estate is valued in the petition for probate at $4,000 and upwards realty.

    -William F. Westphal. 82, died today
    at h i s home, 19 Washington
    street, after a short illness. He
    was a life long resident here and Is
    survived by a son. Emmett, of this
    city: three daughters, Mrs. Harvey
    Hildebrandt, of Niagara Falls: Mrs.
    Margaret Lemke and Miss Matilda
    Westphal. of this city; three grandchildren:
    a brother. August Goers,
    of the Town of Wheatfield. and
    three sisters. Mrs. Matilda Herman,
    of Tonawanda: Mrs. Minnie Mueller,
    of the Town of Wheatfield, and
    Mrs. Anna Follendorf, of this city.
    Last rites will be held Tuesday at
    2 p.m. from the home and at 2:30
    at St. Mark's church in Oliver
    street. The Rev. Paul Fretthold
    will officiate. Interment will be in
    St. Mark's cemetery.

    Mrs Alhertlna Westphal 51 years
    old, of 19 Washington street died lat
    evening at the DeGraff Memorial
    hospital where she underwent an op-
    eratioon a few hours beffore her death.
    She was born in St. Johnsburg, but
    had llived in North Tonawanda the
    greater part of her life.. She was a
    member of the Ladies Aid Society of
    St. Mark's church on Washington
    street. Besides her husband, William
    Westphal, she is survived by four
    daughters, Mrs Gustave Lemke ad
    the Misses Lucy, Matilda and Emma
    Westphal,, all of North Tonawanda.
    Other survivors are her mother,
    Mrs. Louisa Stange of St. Johnsburg;
    four sisters, Mrs. William Oswald and
    Mrs.. Gustav Broeker of North Tona-
    wanda, Mrs. Ernest Oswald of Berg-
    hotz and Mrs. John Werth of St.
    Johnsburg and three brothers, Char-
    les and William Stange of St. Johns-
    burg and August Stange of North Ton-
    awanda. The funeral will be held
    Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the
    late residence and 2:30 o'clock at St.
    Mark's church. Rev. Paul Frettholt
    officiating. Burial will be at St.
    Johnsburg.

    Philip Zeiger of La Salle, brother of
    L. Zeiger, sixty-three years of ago, was
    drowned at La Salle Saturday evening.
    Mr. Zeiger resided on a farm a short
    distance, this side of La Salle. About
    three years ago while riding in a wagon
    he was thrown out backward, by the
    tipping of a seat. and.striking on his
    head, received injuries which seriously
    effected his memory. It was his habit
    to take long walks, and Saturday morning
    lie started out, going first to La
    Salle, then" to Suspension Bridge, Pletcher
    Corners and, Lewiston, returning to
    La Salle some time in the evening. One
    of Mr. Zeiger's son's-in-law is engaged
    in building a ltfjdgc across Cayuga
    Creek, and it is supposed thnt he went
    on to the bridge, and either walked off
    or .sitting down, dropped to sleep from
    fatigue, and fell off. He was first miss-
    ed Saturday afternoon, and traced over
    the route mentioned above. After it
    was found he had retuned to LaSalle,
    search was made in the creek and his
    body recovered early Sunday morning.
    Coroner Eisheimer held an inquest Mon-
    day.
