This information provided to me by the Immigration and Naturalization Service March 20, 1975.

They state, "it is assumed that she did not apply for, or was ever issued a Certificate of Citizenship. However, she derived U.S. Citizenship thru her marriage to Frank Caccamise on February 26, 1906, who was a citizen of the U.S. at that time". Letter dated March 20, 1975.
