Cummings; loving mother of William Paul Cummings of Marble Falls, TX, Gordon Craig (Elizabeth) Cummings of Corfu, NY, Devon Lee Cummings of Akron, Erie County, NY and the late Roy Douglas, and Randall Barton Cummings; sister of George "Pete" Steinbrenner; also survived by several grandchildren and one great-grandson. No prior visitation. Friends are invited to join the family for a Memorial Service on May 15, 2007 at 7 PM in the First United Methodist Church, 7 Church St., Akron, Erie County, NY. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to Hospice of Buffalo, 225 Como Park Blvd., Cheektowaga, Erie County, NY 14225. Mrs. Cummings was the Founder and Director for many years of the Genesee Child Day Care Center of Batavia, Genesee County, NY.
