    were held this afternoon at the
    Prudden funeral home. 242 Genesee
    street. for Joseph S. Baker. 89. a
    retired carpenter, who died Thurs-
    day' evening In Niagara infirmary
    of a fractured skull suffered when
    he fell while walking in front of
    the infirmary.
    He was a native of the Town of
    Newfane. Surviving are three sons,
    Grover, of Buffalo; Joseph S. Jr., of
    Lockport, and Frank J. of Olcott;
    six daughters, Mrs. Olive Arlington,
    Mrs. Grace Geiger and Mrs. Robert
    White, of Lockport; Mrs. Etta
    Feaser of Detroit, Mich.; Mrs. Law-
    rence Urtel and Dorothy Baker, of
    Newfane, and one sister, Mrs. Anna
    Preston, of Barker.
