SANBORN, Feb. 10.-The wedding of
Alfred Walck, son or Mr. and Mrs.
J o h n Walck of the Lockport road, and
Miss Evelyn Haseley, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Christ Haseley of the Saunders
Settlement road, was solemnized
last Sunday at ,2:30 p . m . at St. Peter's
church, Walmore, the Rev. Edward
Grabau officiating. The bride was
gowned in white satin and lace with
tulle veil. The was attended by Miss
Hildegarde Hoyer, who wore orchid
crepe, Miss Mildred Wienke gowned in
coral crepe and Miss Anne Mueller who
wore a gown of Alice blue. The groom's
attendants were Messrs. Clarence Hase-
ley, Irwin Walck and Marcus Mueller.
Immediately following the wedding a
reception was given at the home of the
bride, around 60 attending. A prefu-
sion of beautiful and useful gifts were
received by the bride. Mr. and Mrs.
Walck will be at home on the Lockport
road.

BERGHOLZ. N. Y. - Christ D. Haseley, 61, died suddenly this morning at his home in Rohr street. He was born in North Tonawanda and had resided there and in this village practically all' his life. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Emma Wienke Haseley; two sons, Clarence, of this village, and Sergeant Melvin Haseley. serving with the U.S. Army in England: three daughters, Mrs. Henry Voelker and Mrs. Norman Harder, of this village, and Mrs. Alfred Walck, of Sanborn, N.Y.; ten grandchildren; two brothers, Rudolph, of Pekin, N. Y- and Edward, of Niagara Falls, N. Y„ and two sisters, Mrs. Warren Hill of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs, Rudolph Wienke, of Sanborn, N. Y. The funeral will be held; Saturday afternoon at 2:'5 o'clock.at the home and at 2:30. at St. James church. The Rev. Otto Bruss will officiate. Interment will be in St James cemetery.

Haseley-Emma P., age 90, of the Town of Wheatfield, Sunday, Feb. 18. 1979 in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Haseley was a member of St. James Lutheran Church and the women of the church. Surviving are 2 sons; Clarence R. Haseley and Melvin C. Haseley, both of the Town of Wheatfield, 2 daughters; Mrs. Frances M. Voelker and Mrs. Mabel H. Harder, both of the Town of Wheatfield. Mother of the late Evelyn Brown who died 2 years ago. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. A brother. Reinhard Wienke and a sister, Mrs. Esther Moll, both of the Town of Wheatfield. A sister-in-law, Mrs. Winifred Haseley, Niagara Falls. N.Y. The family will receive friends at the FRETTHOLD FUNERAL HOME Inc.,1141 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. Tuesday from 7 - 9 and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9. Services will be held from St. James Lutheran Church, Bergholz, N. Y. Thursday at 10:30 a.m. The Rev. John C. Crilley will officiate. Falls bouelverd, Bergholtz, died
yesterday afternoon after a brief
illness. Born in Germany, he had
lived in the town of Wheatfield
the past 61 years. Mr. Wienke is
survived by four sons, Adolph
of Sanborn, John and Remhard
of Bergholtz and Albert F., Jr.,
of North Tonawanda; five daughters,
Mrs. Albert Schnemichel of
North Tonawanda, Mrs. Edward
Jagow of Niagara Falls, Mrs
Christ Haseley and Mrs. Esther
Moll of Bergholtz and Mrs. William
Eggert of Ransomville; 35
grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be

the residence of his daughter, Mrs.

Aged Bergholtz Resident Passes
BERGHOLTZ, April 17,-Mrs. Matilda Wienke, nee Retzlaff, 74 years old, wife of Albert Wienke, died today at her home, in Cayuga road after a brief illness. She was stricken with paralysis Sunday. She was born in Campow (sic), Germany, and had resided in this village for the past 51 years. She was a member of St. James Lutheran church and the Ladies' Aid society.
Besides her husband, she is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Edward Jagow and Mrs. William Eggert, both of Niagara Falls, Mrs. Albert Schmeichel, of North Tonawanda, Mrs. Christ (sic) Haseley, of Sanborn, and Mrs. Gustav Moll, of Bergholtz; five sons, Adolph, of Sanborn, John, Hugo and Reinhard, all of Bergholtz. and Albert, of North Tonawanda; 34 grandchildren; seven great granchildren (sic); two brothers, Fred, of Grand Haven, Mich., and Edward, of Sanborn. The funeral will be Friday at 2 p. m. from the home and at 2:30 from St. James church. The Rev. Otto Bruss will officiate. Interment will be in St. James cemetery.
