    MESS - Louise Billie 94, died Sunday, following a lengthy illness. Born June 22, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Faye Dawley and the late Edna (Monroe) Dawley Chambers and step-daughter of the late Clifford M. Chambers. On May 31, 1941, she married the late George H. Mess. He predeceased her on their anniversary, May 31, 1989. Survivors include two daughters, Gretchen L. (Larry) Boyd of Tryon, NC and Kristina M. Tina (Michael) Cutini of Grand Island, Erie County, NY; three grandchildren, Michele A. Boyd of Washington, DC, Kristin M. (Christopher) Wawrzeniec of Cheektowaga, Erie County, NY and Michael G. Cutini of New York City and two great-grandsons, Jacob M. and Ryan J. Wawrzeniec. Louise is also survived by one sister, Betty (Joseph) Reed Tavano of Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY; 11 nieces and nephews and eight great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by one sister, Lucille (late Keith) Wilson; three brothers, Loran Pete Dawley, Jack H. (Grace of Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY) Chambers Sr. and James C. (late Evelyn) Chambers Sr. and brother-in-law Everett F. Reed. Visitation Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, LASALLE PARK CHAPEL, 2215 Military Rd., Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY (297-9007).     Louise D. "Billie" (nee Dawley) Mess, 94, formerly of Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY, entered into rest on Sunday, June 29, 2008 in Schofield Residence, Kenmore, NY, following a lengthy illness. Born on June 22, 1914 in Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY, she was the daughter of the late Fay Dawley and the late Edna (Monroe) Dawley Chambers and step-daughter of the late Clifford M. Chambers. On May 31, 1941 she married the late George H. Mess. He predeceased her, on their anniversary, May 31, 1989. Mrs. Mess was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY, attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. As a young woman, Billie worked for Kimberly Clark as a teletype operator. Later, she worked as an office manager for ABC's of Industry in Niagara Falls, until her retirement in the early 1980's. Mrs. Mess was a lifelong member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, ELCA "Stitch and Chat" group at Zion and the Gingham Girls. Billie served as a volunteer for Meals-on-Wheels at Zion, Zion Lutheran Church in their office and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center gift shop, with her sister, Betty. Mrs. Mess is survived by two daughters, Gretchen L. (Larry) Boyd of Tryon, NC and Kristina M. "Tina" (Michael) Cutini of Grand Island, Erie County, NY; three grandchildren, Michele A. Boyd of Washington, DC, Kristin M. (Christopher) Wawrzeniec of Cheektowaga, Erie County, NY and Michael G. Cutini of New York City; and two great-grandsons, Jacob M. and Ryan J. Wawrzeniec.     Architect's Wife
    Mrs. Jennie E. Mess, 67, died
    suddenly yesterday at her home,
    1004 Ontario avenue. She was the
    wife of Architect Henry G. Mess.
    Born in Tonawanda May 3, 1886,
    Mrs. Mess came here upon her
    marriage 42 years ago. She was
    a life member of Zion Lutheran
    church.
    In addition to her husband. Mrs.
    Mess is survived by a son. George
    H. Mess; a daughter, Mrs. Mar-
    garet M. Hassan, both of this city;
    a brother, John William Tussing,
    this city; a sister, Mrs. John Wallace,
    Woodbine.. N.J., and. two
    grandchildren. Grelchen Louise and
    Kristina Ann Mess, this city.
    The body will be at the Beatty
    Funeral home until II a.m. Wednesday
    when it will be- moved to
    Zion Lutheran church where it will
    lie in state until 3 p.m. when funeral
    services will be conducted by
    the Rev. Arthur H. Schmoyer, D.D.
    Interment will be in Riverdale cemetery.
