Albert L. Haseley, 86, of 2035 Lockport Road died today (Jan, 3, 1980) in the Mount View Health Facility after a lengthy illness.
He was a native of the community of Walmore, where he was a lifelong member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church. He was interested in and had studied the heritage of many of the German families of the Walmore and Sanborn area.
He had operated a farm on Lockport Road most of his life.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Kroening Haseley, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Walmore, with the Rev. Paul F. Wittenberg officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Friday at the Rhoney Funeral Home, Sanborn.

David Haseley, 80, of Walmore Village; Dies
WALMORE July 5-David Haseley, 80 years old, died suddenly last evening at the family home in the Lockport road.. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at thet home and at 1 o'clock at St Peters Lutheran church in this village. The Rev. Edward A. Grabau will officiate and Interment will be in Walmore cemetery. Mr. Haseley was-born on the farm where he died, a son of the late.David and Fredericka Haseley, pioneer Walmore settlers. In past years he had been a successful farmer but retired several years ago. Since that time the Haseley farm had been operated by a son, Albert L. Haseley. Mr. Haseley had been a leader to St. Peter's church for many years. He had served on various committees and was active In ail branches of church work. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Theresa Haseley, and the one son.

Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Friederich Lange; baptized by Rev. Wm. Weinbach, under teacher Wilhelm Wendt; confirmed by Rev. Johannes Andreas Grabau; on Oct 27, 1892 was married to David Haseley by Rev. Johannes Nathanael (sic), had only one child, Albert. Her husband died July 4, 1946. One of her brothers, Rev. Wm. Lange died about 2 years ago in Milwaukee WI. (was at Cedarburg, WI. many years. A son of his, Rev Ivan Lange is a pastor in Lockport NY (ULC); her other 2 brothers and her 3 sisters preceded her in death. Was in poor health many, many years; hard of hearing for about past 12 years; also hardening of the arteries. Was the oldest member of the congregation.

Mrs. Theresa Haseley Dies at 86 Years
SANBORN, Nov. 5 - Mrs, Theresa Haseley, 86. of.the Lockport road, wife of the late David Haseley, died yesterday at the Lockport City hospital, following a long illness.
Mrs. Haseley was born at Walmore. a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Lange. She was a lifelong member of St. Peter's church, Walmore, and at the time of her death was the oldest member of this church. She is survived by one son, Albert Haseley, at home. Funeral services will be held at the Lockport road home Friday at 2 p.m. and at 2:30 o'clock at St Peter's Church, Walmore. The Rev. Martin Pempeit will officiate. Interment will be in Walmore cemetery.

DAVID HASLEY.
David Hasley, a highly respected resident of Walmore, and whose age was 82 years, died Wednesday night. A large family survive. The funeral will be observed on Sunday at 2 o'clock in the afternoon at Walmore.
