    LOCKPORT.- Fred H. Fuerch. of 168 Saxton street, former foreman in the press department of the Harrison plant here, died at 10 o'clock last night after a long illness. Last rites will be held Wednesday at 2:30 at the home and at 3 o'clock at Trinity Lutheran church with interment in Lutheran Cold Springs cemetery. Mr. Fuerch was born September 10, 1891 in this city, a son of Herman and Emelia Wilke Fuerch. and lived here all his life. He worked at the Harrison Plant for 14 years. Surviving are his wife Lucy Quandt Fuerch, two daughters Mrs. Austin Stahler of Batavia and Marion L. Fuerch of this city, a son Alvin F. and a sister Louise Fuerch of this city.

    Herman Fuerch, 67. a merchant tailor in this city for 31 years, died suddenly last night at his home, No. 168 Saxton street. He had been ill about two weeks. Mr. Fuerch was born in Brandenberg, Germany on September 7, 1854 and came to America in early youth. Two sons, Carl F. and Fred Fuerch and one daughter Louise Fuerch. all of Lockport, survive. The funeral will be held on Monday.

    LOCKPORT. Feb. 5 - Mrs. Martha Quandt, 77, widow of Frank W. Quandt, died suddenly last night at her home, 416 Transit street. She was a native of Walmore and had lived In this city for many years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran church. Surviving are three daughters and four sons, Mrs. George Hare and Mrs. Thomas Riley and George, Frederick and William Quandt, all of Lockport: Doris and Frank Quandt, Patterson, N. J. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 p. m. at the Prudden Funeral home. 242 Genesee street, with burial In Trinity Lutheran Cold Springs cemetery.

    Sanborn. N.Y., Jan. 20.- On Wednesday afternoon was found the body of Wm. A. Hasley at his home in Walmore. From all appearance Mr. Hasley had been dead since last Saturday. The neighbors failing to see him about broke into his home and found his body on the bed. He was fully dressed and it is supposed that he died from asphyxiation. The Funeral was held from the home of Philip Haseley on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. He is survived by three sons.

    Mrs. Maria Haseley, 85 years old, died Saturday at her home in Sanborn. She was the widow of the late William F. Haseley. She was the mother of William F., Albert and Paul Haseley, Sanborn; Mrs. Fred Haseley, Mrs. Gust Lavenduskey, North Tonawanda, Gustuf Haseley and Mrs. George Hartman, Niagara Falls, Mrs. Martha Quandt, Lockport; Mrs. Otto Miller and Mrs. Edwin Wurl, Martinsville; John Haseley, LaSalle, and Mrs. John Ferchen, Bergholz, and sister of Gustave Williams, Sanborn; William and Albert Williams, Lockport, and Ferdinand Williams, Bergholz. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the late residence and half an hour later from the St. Peters church, Walmore. Interment will be at Walmore.

Mrs. Haseley is survived by the following sons and daughters: William P., Jr., Albert and Paul all of Sanborn, Mrs. Fred Haseley and Mrs. Gustus (sic) Lavanduskey (sic), both of North Tonawanda, Gustus (sic) and Mrs. George Hartman, both of Niagara Falls, Mrs. Martha Quandt of Lockport, Mrs. Otto Miller (sic) and Mrs. Edward Wurl, both of Martinsville, John, of Niagara Falls, and Mrs. John Ferchen of Bergholtz, and four brothers, Gustave Williams, of Sanborn, William and Albert Williams of Lockport, and Ferdinand of Bergholtz. Funeral services will be held from the home on Wednesday afternoon at 2 0'clock and from St. Peter's Lutheran church at Walmore at 2:30. The Rev. Edward Graubau (sic)will officiate. Interment will be in the Walmore cemetery.
