    Longtime Sanborn resident Kenneth E. Beutel, a retired tool-and-die machinist, died unexpectedly Friday in his Buffalo home. He was 73.
    Born in Wheatfield, Mr. Beutel attended Trott Vocational School in Niagara Falls. A Sanborn resident most of his life, he moved to Buffalo in recent years.
    He was employed as a tool-and-die machinist at Bell Aerospace during the 1960s and worked for several other companies over the years, including a stint as a landscaper. He retired in 2001.
    Mr. Beutel was a member of the Sanborn Fire Company Band and St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Walmore. In Buffalo, he was a member of Resurrection Lutheran Church and was a volunteer at DeGraff Memorial Hospital in North Tonawanda and Buffalo General Hospital. He also did volunteer work for the St. Vincent de Paul Society and enjoyed gardening.
    Survivors include a daughter, Vicki Doucette of North Tonawanda; a son, Bradley of Baltimore; three sisters, Janette Kroening of Sanborn, Beatrice White of Albany and Audrey Mattrese of Scottsdale, AZ.; four brothers, Edwin and James, both of Sanborn, the Rev. LeRoy of Fredericksburg, Va., and the Rev. Donald of Baltimore; and four grandchildren.
    Services will be at 11 A.M. Tuesday in DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, Wheatfield. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Wheatfield

    24 for the marriage of Miss Judith Mae Moll, daugh-

    and Kenneth Edward Beutel, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed-
    win Beutel, Lockport Rd., Sanborn.
    The Rev. A. W. Moldenhauer
    performed the ceremony before
    an attar decorated with vases of
    white gladioli and white pompons.
    Arnold Nuoffer, the organist, accompanied
    Robert Zastrow who
    sang The Lords Prayer and O
    Perfect Love.
    The bride wore a silk taffeta
    gown designed with an Alencon
    i iace Sabrina neckline, a fitted bodice
    and long sleeves. Alencon lace
    also.enhanced the bell - shaped
    skirt which extended into a chapel
    length train. Her veil of silk illusion
    was attached to a pillbox hat
    trimmed with sequins and seed
    pearls. Given in marriage by her
    father, she carried a cascade arrangement
    of white roses, French
    tarnations, crown flowers and
    plumeria.
    Miss Marlene Witkop, the maid
    of honor, was attired in a street
    length, royal blue taffeta dress
    featuring a scoop neckline and
    draped bodice and skirt. She wore
    a matching half - hat and circular
    veil. Identically dressed were the
    bridesmaids, the Misses Dolores
    Werth and Dale Diebold. Terry
    Werth, the flower girl, wore a
    floor length frock of powder
    blue nylon sheer over taffeta with
    cap sleeves and a full skirt. Her
    headpiece matched the dress. The
    attendants carried colonial bou-
    quets of red garnet roses and
    white French carnations.
    James Beutel attended his
    brother as best man. Ushers were
    Ronald Moll, the bride's brother,
    and Donald Beutel, the bride-
    groom's brother. Dennis Demain,
    the bride's cousin was the ring
    bearer.
    The bride's mother wore a beige
    cotton lace sheath dress with
    brown accessories. The bride-
    groom's mother compemented
    her navy blue ensemble with nacy
    blue and white accessories.
    A finner and reception were in
    the Eldredge Club. After travel-
    ing to the New England states,
    Mr. and Mrs. Beutel are at home
    in 194 Humphrey St.
    Hostesses at showers for the
    bride were Mrs. Kenneth Dem-
    mins, Mrs. Alice Coughlin, Miss
    Witkop and Miss Diebold.

    SANBORN - Edwin W. Beutel, 74, of 2427 Lockport Road, was pronounced dead on arrival today (July 9, 1974) in Memorial Medical Center, Niagara Falls, after an apparent heart attack at home.
    He was a lifelong resident of the Town of Wheatfield, residing at the same address all his life. He had been employed at the Kimberly Clark Corp. as a machine operator where he had worked for over 30 years prior to retiring in 1965.
    He is survived by his wife, Alice Beutel; seven sons, the Rev. Eugene Beutel of Neptune, N.J., Allen Beutel of San Diego, Calif., Kenneth Beutel of Sanborn, the Rev. LeRoy Beutel of Baltimore, Md., James Beutel and Edwin Beutel Jr., both of Sanborn, the Rev. Donald Beutel of Lockbourne, OH; three daughters, Mrs. Jarry (Jeannette) Kroening of Sanborn, Mrs. Beatrice Lane of Albany and Mrs. James (Audrey) Tierney of Stow, OH; a brother. Walter Beutel of Wheatfield; 34 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Rev. Harold L. Baum will officiate.
    Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery.
    The family will be present at the Rhoney Funeral Horne. Sanborn, from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.

    Alice R. Beutel, 85, formerly of Lockport Road, died Monday (July 24, 1989) in the Niagara Lutheran Home, Buffalo.
    The former Alice R. Williams was a lifelong resident of Wheatfield until she moved to Buffalo four years ago. She was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church of Walmore and the church Women's Circle. She was a former member of the Wheatfield Senior Citizens.
    Her husband, Edwin W. Beutel, died in 1974.
    Survivors include seven sons, Dr. Eugene of Camp Hill, Pa., Dr. Allen of LaJolla, Calif., Kenneth of North Tonawanda, the Rev. LeRoy of Arlington, Va., the Rev. Donald of Baltimore, Edwin W.     Nash Road, North Tonawanda,
    a partner in a Tonawanda dairy
    firm, was killed Wednesday
    (Jan. 11, 1966) when his delivery
    truck overturned aftei a
    collision in the Town of Amherst.
    Officers said the man, a partner
    on the Papke-Moll D a i ry
    Inc., 258 Young St., Tonawanda,
    was driving north on Campbell
    Boulevard and an auto
    driven by Glenn R. Honsberger,
    42, of 6440 Goodrich Road, Clarence
    Center, was westbound on
    N. French Road.
    The accident occurred about
    10:25 a.m. Mr. Moll was pronounced
    dead at the scene. He
    suffered a broken neck, fractured
    skull and internal injuries.
    Mr. Honsberger, who was
    given a summons charging he
    went through a stop sign, was

    treated at Meyer Memorial Hospital
    for forehead cuts.

    Sanborn. June 10. - Hanging to a beam in his barn, by a piece of clothesline, the body of William Beutel was found about two o'clock yesterday afternoon by the dead man's youngest son, and when the nearest neighbors - summoned by tho terrified youngster - had arrived, the body was still warm, but all attempts at resuscitation failed. Beutel was about 45 years old and resided with his family, on the Lockport road, near Walmore. He had been confined in the Buffalo State hospital on two different occasions, but since his return home two years ago, his mental condition has appeared normal. Mrs. Beutel and her oldest son were in Niagara Falls when the deed was committed. Deceased is survived by his wife and four sons - Edward, Rudolph, Walter, and Erwin - all of the town of Lewiston; one brother, John Beutel of Cambria, and one sister, Mrs. William Wendt of Sanborn, He was a lifelong resident of this township and was a member of the Walmore Lutheran church.

    Mrs. Lydia Moll, 65, of 1162 Ruie Rd., died yesterday afternoon in the DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. A lifelong resident of North Tonawanda she was a member of the St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and its Ladies Guild. Mrs. Moll is survived by her husband, William C.; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Coughlin; two sons, Howard J. and Raymond G., and three grandchildren, all of North Tonawanda. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the residence and at 2:45 p.m. from the St. Matthew’s Church. The Rev. Paul Gassman will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Matthew’s cemetery.
