Beutel was born in North Tonawanda, New York on September 5, 1949 to Hubert and Gladys (Bartel) Beutel. Rev. Beutel grew up in Sanborn, went to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and School, then later Starpoint High School. He graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary, in Springfield, Illinois in 1973 with a Master of Divinity. He then served at Redeemer and First Lutheran Church in Monkton and Logan Township, Ontario, He served at Redeemer Lutheran Church in North Tonawanda since 1983 until the present. In his spare time, he enjoyed cooking, barbecuing, his John Deere, traveling, target shooting, and the outdoors. Rev. Beutel was predeceased by his parents and his brothers Jerry and Howard Beutel. 
    Rev. Beutel is survived by his wife of 47 years Kathleen (Lange) Beutel, father of Laura (Ryan) Allen, Heidi Beutel, and Eric (Heidi Edmands) Beutel, brother of Raymond (Amanda), Bonita (the late Leonard) Forth, brother-in-law of Gail and Arlene Beutel. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and his Redeemer Family.
    Friends may call Tuesday (April 9, 2019) from 12-3 P.M. and 5-8 P.M. at the Wattengel Funeral Home, 533 Meadow Drive North Tonawanda, NY. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 265 Falconer Street, North Tonawanda, NY. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church

He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in North Tonawanda. He is survived by his wife, Gladys (Bartel) Beutel; four sons, Howard Beutel of Sanborn, Jerry Beutel and Raymond Beutel, both of Lockport, and David Beutel of North Tonawanda; a daughter, Bonnie Forth of Lockport; a sister, Agatha Schaal of Wilson; a brother, WiIliam Beutel of Sanborn; and 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.     Gladys A. Beutel (nee Bartel) age 94, of Sanborn, passed away June 29, 2007, in Mt. View Health Facility in Lockport.
    Mrs. Beutel was born April 11, 1913 in North Tonawanda, daughter of the late Gustav and Emma Bartel.
    Mrs. Beutel was a life long member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and a member of it's Ladies Aid Society and Friendship Club. She was also a member of the Newfane Senior Citizens. Mrs. Beutel loved gardening, baking, writing poetry, sewing and quilting.
    Mrs. Beutel is predeceased by her husband the late Hubert T. Beutel who passed away in 1991.
    She is the beloved mother of Howard (Arlene) of Medina NY, late Jerry (Gail) Beutel of Lockport, Raymond (Amanda) Beutel of Lockport, Bonita (Leonard) Forth of Macedon and Rev. David (Kathleen) Beutel of Sanborn.
    Sister of the late Edward Bartel, late Clara (late William) Beutel, late Louis Bartel and late Margaret (Allen) Stoelting.
    Also survived by ten grand children, eight great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

    William G. Lange, age 94 of Wheatfield, NY, was called to his heavenly home on November 16, 2019 at Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, NY. Born in the Walmore area of Niagara County, NY, he was the son of the late William F. and Esther (Walck) Lange. Bill graduated from St. Peter's Lutheran School in Walmore, Trott Vocational High School in Niagara Falls, and Valparaiso Technical Institute in Indiana, where he received a degree in electrical engineering. Bill began work at Colonial Radio in Buffalo, NY, followed by employment at Bell Aerospace Textron in Wheatfield, for 40 years as an electrical engineer, and he designed the microgravity accelerometer. After retirement at Bell, he became president of Canopus Products in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he worked for five years developing the microgravity accelerometer used on the Space Shuttle, and the International Space Station. Later, Bill served as a consultant to Spectrum Astro in Gilbert, Arizona for several years. He was inducted into the Niagara Frontier Aviation and Space Hall of Fame in May 2012. After retirement, Bill enjoyed building and flying radio controlled airplanes, with his son David. He also collected models of military planes, enjoyed reading history novels, watching the History Channel, and cheering for the Pirates and Steelers.
    Bill was a lifelong member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Walmore, and served his church as Sunday School Superintendent, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, Elder, and Co-Chairman of the church's new entrance building committee.
    Bill married Shirley Walck in 1949, and she preceded him in death in March 1989. They were blessed with four children, Kathleen (Rev. David) Beutel, David (Barbara) Lange, Steven (Sandra) Lange, and Brian (Leslie) Lange. Survivors also include his wife, Nancy I. (Mueller-Baum) Lange; ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Alice Lange.
    He was also preceeded in death by an infant son, Bradley; a brother, Norbert, and two sisters, Gertrude (Elwood) Krull, and Eleanore (Norman) Moll.
    Visitation will take place in St. Peter's Ev. Lutheran Church of Walmore, 6168 Walmore Road, Sanborn, NY 14132, on Saturday, November 23 from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the meeting room located in the new entrance. Services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the church. A private interment will follow after the service, in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the church. Funeral arrangements are being handled through the DuBois Funeral Home.

    SANBORN - Shirley E. Lange, 59, of Baer Road, died Thursday (March 24, 1989) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
    The daughter of the late Paul A. Walck, mother of the late Bradley J. Lange and sister of the late Patricia Schearer, she was born in the Town of Niagara.
    She was employed as a registered nurse at Fairchild Nursing Home, Lewiston. A graduate of LaSalle Senior High School and Buffalo General Hospital School of Nursing, she was an active member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church and held offices in the Lutheran Church Women's Group.
    Mrs. Lange is survived by her husband, William G. Lange of Sanborn; her mother, Evelyn H. (Blank) Walck of Sanborn; a daughter, Kathleen M. Beutel of North Tonawanda; three sons, David P. Lange of Lockport, Steven W. Lange of Sanborn and Brian T. Lange of Indianapolis, Ind.; a brother, Allen P. Walck of Niagara Falls; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Sunday at the Rhoney Funeral Home, 5893 Hoover Road, Sanborn.

    Sanborn-William F. Lange, 77, a retired farmer, died at his home, Walmore Rd., Town of Wheatfield, today (March 18, 1960).
    Born in Wheatfield Sept. 4, 1882, the son of Frederick and Ida Haseley Lange, he had resided in this vicinity all his life.
    Mr. Lange owned and operated his Walmore Rd. farm for more than 40 years, retiring about 15 years ago due to ill health. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Walmore.
    Survivors include his wife, Esther Walck Lange; two sons, William G. and Norbert G. Lange, both of Sanborn; two daughters. Mrs. Norman Moll, Niagara Falls, and Mrs. Elwood Krull, Sanborn; a sister, Mrs. Josephine Murr, Niagara Falls; also 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

    SANBORN - Esther E. Lange, 85, of 6154 Walmore Road died Wednesday (Oct. 28, 1981) In Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, after a brief illness.
    A lifelong resident of Wheatfield, she was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church and a member of the church's American Lutheran Church Women. She was the widow of William F. Lange, who died In 1960.
    She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Norman (Eleanor) Moll of Niagara Falls and Mrs. Elwood (Gertrude) Krull of Sanborn; two sons, William and Norbert, both of Sanborn; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Herbert R. Maxwell officiating. Burial will be at St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery.
    Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Rhoney Funeral Home, Sanborn.

    TOWN OF WHEATFIELD-Paul A. Walck, 70, of 3222 Lockport Road, died Saturday (Jan. 24, 1976) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a long illness. He was a lifelong resident of the Town of Wheatfield and had been employed at the Frontier Bronze, General Abrasive and for over 20 years at Bell Aerospace as millwright, retiring in 1967. He had been a custodian for the Niagara County Highway Department for the past two years. Mr. Walck was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, the Wheatfield Senior Citizens and a former member of the Sanborn Fire Co. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn (Blank) Walck; a son, Allen P. Walck of Niagara Falls; two daughters, Mrs. William (Shirley) Lange of Sanborn and Mrs. George (Patricia) Schearer of the Town of Amherst; a brother, Philip C. Walck of Sanborn, eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Walmore. The Rev. Harold L. Baum will officiate. The Rhoney Funeral Home, Sanborn, is making arrangements. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church's memorial fund or the American Cancer Society, the family said.

    $he was a life time member of the St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, where she was also a charter member of the Ladies Aid Society, and a member of the Horning (sic) Joy Club.
    She enjoyed gardening and flowers.
    She was the wife of the late Paul A. Walck, who died in 1976
    Mrs. Walck is survived by a son, Allen P. Walck of Niagara Falls; two sisters, Arline (sic) Walck of Sanborn and Josephine Stange of North Tonawanda; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Shirley Lange and Patricia Schearer.
    Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7, to 9 p.m. Friday, at the Rhoney Funeral Home, 5893 Hoover Road, Sanborn, where a prayer service will be held at 9 p.m. Friday.
    Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, 6168 Walmore Road, with the. Rev. Herbert R. Maxwell officiating.

    Evelyn H. Walck, 84, of Lockport Road died Wednesday (March 18, 1992) in Kenmore Mercy Hospital, Town of Tonawanda, after an illness of three weeks.
    A Town of Niagara native, the former Evelyn Blank lived in the Wheatfield area since 1927.
    She was the widow of Paul A. Walck, who died in 1976.
    She was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, the church's Ladies Aid Society and the Morning Joy Club.
    Survivors include a son, Allen P. of Niagara Falls; two sisters, Josephine Stange of North Tonawanda and Arline; eight grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
    Services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday in St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, 6168 Walmore Road. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
