    Town of Wheatfield farmer, died
    at Memorial Hospital. Niagara
    Falls, yesterday following a long
    illness.
    Mr. Walck was born in the
    Town of Wheatfield, Aug. 14,
    1905, a son of the late John A.
    and Anna Mueller Walck. He
    oVned_ and operated a farm which

    formerly belonged to his father
    until three years; ago when ill
    health forced him to retire. He was
    an active member of St. Peter's
    Lutheran Church, Walmore.
    He is survived by a daughter,
    Mrs. Edith Kirschher; a son, Gordon
    Wakk, of Sanborn; two sisters,
    Mrs. William J. DeVantier, Lockport
    Rd., and Mrs. Clarence, Wittkopp,
    Niagara Falls, one grandchild
    and several nieces and
    nephews.
    Funeral services will be held at
    the home of the sister, Mrs. DeVantier,
    Sunday at 2:30 p.m. and
    at 3 o'clock at St. Peter's Church,
    Walmore. The Rev. Martin Pempeit
    will officiate. Interment will
    be in St. Peter's Cemetery.

    Alfred Walck, son or Mr. and Mrs.
    J o h n Walck of the Lockport road, and
    Miss Evelyn Haseley, daughter of Mr.
    and Mrs. Christ Haseley of the Saunders
    Settlement road, was solemnized
    last Sunday at ,2:30 p . m . at St. Peter's
    church, Walmore, the Rev. Edward
    Grabau officiating. The bride was
    gowned in white satin and lace with
    tulle veil. The was attended by Miss
    Hildegarde Hoyer, who wore orchid
    crepe, Miss Mildred Wienke gowned in
    coral crepe and Miss Anne Mueller who
    wore a gown of Alice blue. The groom's
    attendants were Messrs. Clarence Hase-
    ley, Irwin Walck and Marcus Mueller.
    Immediately following the wedding a
    reception was given at the home of the
    bride, around 60 attending. A prefu-
    sion of beautiful and useful gifts were
    received by the bride. Mr. and Mrs.
    Walck will be at home on the Lockport
    road.

    NORTH TONAWANDA - John A. Walck, of the Lockport road, town of Wheatfield. died suddenly at his home yesterday. Mr. Walck was 67 years old and had resided on the farm where he died for the last 62 years. He was well known and a member of St Peters Lutheran Church at Walmore. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna Walck: two daughters. Mrs William DeVantier and Mrs. Clarence Wittkop: a son, Alfred Walck, a sister, Mrs Edward Retzlaff: two brothers. Fred W. and Benjamin Walck, all of Walmore and eight grandchildren. The funeral will be held at the home at 2:30 o'clock and at St Peter's Church at 3 o'clock. The Reverend Edward Grabau will officiate and interment will be in Walmore cemetery.

    Funeral Services for Mrs. A. Walck
    Prominent Sanborn Woman Laid to Rest Wednesday.
    SANBORN, Feb. 7. - The funeral of Mrs. Albertina (sic) Walck, age 82, widow of the late Frederick Walck, was held on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 p. m. from St. Peter's church at Walmore. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Edward Retzlaff, and three sons, Fred, John and Benjamin Walck, all of Walmore. Mrs. Walck was born in Germany and came to this country with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Zimmerman. when only ten weeks old, and has resided in this vicinity all her life. The bearers were William Devanticr, Jr., August Walck, Felix Walck, Elmer Kroening, William Walck Jr., and Alton Wendt. Rev. Edward Graubau (sic) officiated and burial was at Walmore cemetery.

    John Mueller, 89 years old, of LaSalle
    died yesterday at the home of his daugh-
    ter, Mrs. David Heuer in Bergholtz. He
    had been ill for about two weeks and
    death was due to heart disease and gen-
    eral breaking up due to his extremities.
    The funeral will be held Wednesday after-
    noon at 2 o'clock from his daughter's
    home and interment will be made in the
    cemetery at Bergholtz.
    Mr. Mueller was born at Grimm on the
    Ukernarck in Prussia in 1867 and set-
    tled in Bergholtz while still a young man.
    His wife died about 18 years ago. He is
    survived by eleven children; three sons,
    John, August and Philip or LaSalle, eight
    daughters, Mrs. Augusta Williams of La
    Salle, Mrs. Rosie Goerss and Mrs. Lydia
    Heuer of Wheatfield, Mrs. Martha Metz-
    ber of Oneida, Mrs. Annie Walck and Mrs.
    Lina Walck of Walmore and Mrs. Tina
    Collins and Mrs. Hulda Haseley of this
    city.

    yesterday afternoon after a brief
    illness. Born in Germany, he had

    Aged Bergholtz Resident Passes
    BERGHOLTZ, April 17,-Mrs. Matilda Wienke, nee Retzlaff, 74 years old, wife of Albert Wienke, died today at her home, in Cayuga road after a brief illness. She was stricken with paralysis Sunday. She was born in Campow (sic), Germany, and had resided in this village for the past 51 years. She was a member of St. James Lutheran church and the Ladies' Aid society.
    Besides her husband, she is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Edward Jagow and Mrs. William Eggert, both of Niagara Falls, Mrs. Albert Schmeichel, of North Tonawanda, Mrs. Christ (sic) Haseley, of Sanborn, and Mrs. Gustav Moll, of Bergholtz; five sons, Adolph, of Sanborn, John, Hugo and Reinhard, all of Bergholtz. and Albert, of North Tonawanda; 34 grandchildren; seven great granchildren (sic); two brothers, Fred, of Grand Haven, Mich., and Edward, of Sanborn. The funeral will be Friday at 2 p. m. from the home and at 2:30 from St. James church. The Rev. Otto Bruss will officiate. Interment will be in St. James cemetery.
