    Arnold E. Walck of Robinson Road, an employee of the Niagara County Parks and Highway departments since 1979, died Sunday (May 29, 1994) in Lockport Memorial Hospital after suffering a heart attack.
    Walck, 61, a Lewiston native, served in the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1959. He was a past member of the Sanborn Fire Company Band and a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Walmore, where he was a trustee. He also attended The Chapel in Amherst.
    Walck formerly worked for Kroening's Garage in Sanborn and Harvey H. Pfennig Inc.
    Surviving are two sons, Kent and Dale of North Tonawanda; three daughters, Janet Smith of Rockwall, TX, Marsha Johnston of Raleigh, NC, and Marlene Horvath of Rowlett, TX; two brothers, Gilbert and Gerald, both of Sanborn; two sisters, Norine Wendt of Sanborn and Janice Wick of Medford, NJ; and 10 grandchildren.
    Services will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday in St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Walmore Road, Walmore. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Walmore.

    ARNOLD E. Walck, 61, of Tonawanda Sunday, May 29, 1994, in Lockport. Memorial Hospital of a heart attack. He was born March 23, 1933, in the Town of Lewiston to Edward and Florence (Pfohl) Walck. A lifelong Niagara County resident, he served in the us Army from 19561959. He was a past member of the
    Sanborn Fire Company Band and, St. Peter's Lutheran Church where he served a trustee. He also attended The Chapel in Amherst.
    He was employed by the Niagara County Parks and Highway Departments since 1979. Prior employment included Kroening's Garage, Sanborn and Harvey H. Pfennig Inc.
    Surviving are five children: Kent (Mary Lou) Walck of North Tonawanda, Dale (Barbara) Walck of North Tonawanda, Janet (Kerry) Smith of Rockwall, TX, Marsha (Brian) Johnston of Raleigh, NC, and Marlene (Scott) Horvath of Rowlett, TX, two sisters, Norine Wendt of Sanborn and Janice Wick of Medford, NJ; two brothers,
    Gilbert and Gerald Walck, both of Sanborn, 10 grandchildren., and 10 niece's and nephews.
    Funeral Services were held today, June 2, in St. Peter Lutheran Church, Wheatfield, with interment in St. Peter's Lutheran Church Cemetery. Arrangements by DuBois Funeral Home. Memorial gift’s may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church building fund or to St. Peter's Lutheran School.

    IOWA CITY, IA — Lois Margaret (Haseley) (Walck) Burkhardt, 75, went to be with the Lord, October 20, 2011. She was born to the late Harvey and Elvira Haseley, June 1, 1936, in Niagara Falls, NY.

    Lois was a homemaker and worked as a social worker at the Lockport Senior Centre. Lois loved spending time with her family and was passionate about making a difference in their lives and investing in their futures. She was a kind, caring, unselfish person who was always thinking of others.

    Lois is survived by her children, Kent Walck (Mary Lou) of Benezette, PA, Dale Walck of Wheatfield, NY, Janet Smith (Kerry) of Rockwall, TX, Marsha Johnston (Brian) of Cary, NC, Marlene Horvath (Scott) of Garland, TX, John Burkhardt (Donette) of Tonawanda, NY, and Darcy Renna of Tonawanda, NY. She also is survived by 18 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; three sisters; two brothers; many nieces, nephews and special relatives and friends. She was predeceased by Arnold Walck and Sam Burkhardt.

    A memorial service to honor the life of Lois will be held at the Lockport Alliance Church (555 Davison Road, Lockport, NY) on Friday, October 28 at 4:00 PM. A private burial will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the following charities close to Lois’s heart: Northwest Community Church Care Fund, 7712 Carpenter Fire Station Rd., Cary, NC 27519, or Dayspring Ministries Prayer Garden, 505 E.     The former Lois Margaret Hase-
    ley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
    Harvey H. Haseley, this village,
    was escorted to the altar by her
    father. The bridegroom is the osn
    of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Walck,

    Wearing pearls, the gift of the
    bridegroom, the bride was at-
    tired in a dress of skinner satin,
    fashioned with a tight bodice, long
    sleeves, and a bouffant skirt which
    fell into a cathedral train. She
    completed her outfit with fintertip
    veil held in place by a seed pearl
    cap. She carried a cascade of white
    stephanotis and shasta daisies.
    Helen Haseley was maid of
    honor for her sister and was at-
    tired in a coral srystalette dress
    trimmed with matching velvet and
    completed her outfit with a small
    coral head dress. She carried a
    cascade of shasta daisies to match
    her dress.
    As bridesmaids, the Misses
    Esther Kroening, Beverly Pfohl,
    Janice Walck, Gloria Walck,
    Phyllis Mielke were all dressed
    alike in purple crystalette frocks
    trimmed with purple velvet and
    wore hats to match.
    Margaret and Karen Haseley,
    sisters of the bride, acted as junior
    bridesmaids and wore dresses like
    that of the maid of honor and
    carried cascades of shasta daisies
    to match their ensembles
    Gilbert Walck was best man for
    his brother and Roy Haseley,
    brother of the bride, and Jerald
    Walck, brother of the groom, acted
    as honor ushers. Other ushers were
    Bertram Wendt, Donald Walck,
    and Ivan Walck.
    After the wedding, a dinner was
    served at the Sanborn firehall with
    about 300 guests attending.

    SANBORN - Edward P. Walck, 71, of 2550 Saunders Settlement Road, died Saturday (April 12, 1975) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital after a short illness. A native and lifelong resident of Sanborn, Mr. Walck retired in 1969 from the National Grinding Wheel Co. of North Tonawanda where he had worked as a molder for 30 years. He had served as trustee and elder of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Walmore, where he had been a lifelong member. He was a member of Sanborn Fire. Co. He is survived by his wife, Florence; three sons, Arnold E. Walck of Pendleton, and Gilbert I. and Jerauld F. Walck, both of Sanborn; two daughters, Mrs. Bertrum (Norine) Wendt of Sanborn and Mrs. Martin (Janice) Wick of Forty-Fort. Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Martin (Viola) Pfhol (sic) of Sanborn; and 14 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Walmore, at 2 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Harold L. Baum officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery.

    Born in Wheatfield, she was a lifelong member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Wheatfield, and a member of the Ladies Aid, Women of the Church and Sanbornites Senior Citizens.
    She was the widow of Edward P. Walck, who died in 1975.

    Harvey H. Haseley, of Sanborn, NY, entered into eternal rest and his heavenly home on Saturday March 1, 2003, at Mount St. Mary's Hospital, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 89 years.
    He was born on May 29, 1913, in Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY, the son of Anthony and Hulda [ Kroening ] Haseley. At an early age, he was raised by the Fahrnwald Family, Fred, Rose and Phillip, Emma, on the family farm, in Sanborn, now, the Power View Farm, well known as a prize winning farm for raising Registered Holstein Cattle, grain and hay, where he has worked all his life. He was a Charter Member of the Niagara County Milk Producer's. Mr. Haseley was a lifetime member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Walmore.
    He was predeceased, by his wife of 67 years, Elvira M. [ Fedeler ], who died November 11, 2002.
    Surviving are his children, Lois Burkhardt [ late Sam ] , of Lockport, Niagara County, NY; Helen Buerger [ William ] of Sanborn; Roy Haseley [ Eileen ] of Sanborn; Margaret Ewald [ Ralph ] of Ransomville; Howard Haseley [ late Linda ] of Sanborn; Karen Hicks [ Donald ] of Bluff City, TN; Nelson Haseley [ Barbara ], of Sanborn; a sister Irma Haseley, of Sanborn; 23 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
    He was the brother of the late Edwin Haseley, Hilda Wendt and Frances Walck.
    The family will be present at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, Sanborn, from 7- 9 P.M. Thursday and 1 - 4 & 7 - 9 P.M. Friday.
    Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 am, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 6168 Walmore Road, with the Rev. Bruce Gamache, officiating.

    She was born on March 12, 1910, the daughter of Frederick and Martha [ Gienapp ] Fedeler, in Colton, SD, at the age of six her family moved to Waverly, IA, where she attended parochial school and was confirmed on April 5, 1925. She attended Wartburg College in Waverly, graduating in 1930.
    Mrs. Haseley moved to the Sanborn, NY, area in 1930, where she taught at the St. Peter's Lutheran School, from 1930 to 1935. She married her husband Harvey Haseley on June 29, 1935, and has helped run the family farm known as Power-View Farm, with her husband and family.
    Mrs. Haseley was a longtime member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Walmore, where she was the church organist for 30 years.
    Surviving is her husband of 67 years, Harvey Haseley; her children, Lois Burkhardt [ late Sam ] , of Lockport, Niagara County, NY; Helen Buerger [ William ] of Sanborn; Roy Haseley [ Eileen ] of Sanborn; Margaret Ewald [ Ralph ] of Ransomville; Howard Haseley [ late Linda ] of Sanborn; Karen Hicks [ Donald ] of Bluff City, TN; Nelson Haseley [ Barbara], of Sanborn; 23 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; five sisters, Hilda Fedeler; Florence Fedeler; Martha Graeser [Virgil ]; Lorena Arns [ late Victor ] from Waverly, IA; Edna Polenz [ Donald ], of Sierra Vista; AZ; her sister-in-law Irma Haseley, of Sanborn; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Norman [ Wanda ] Fedeler.
    The family will be present at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, Sanborn, from 1 - 4 & 7 - 9 P.M. Wednesday.
    Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 am, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 6168 Walmore Road, with the Rev. Bruce Gamache, officiating.
    Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
