    TOWN OF NIAGARA - Services will be held today for Mark M. Haseley Sr., the former owner of Haseley Trucking County, who died Tuesday in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, after a long illness. He was 49.
    The Niagara Falls native graduated from Niagara-Wheatfield Senior High School.
    He owned the trucking company founded by his father, from 1978 to 2002, when he passed it to his son.
    Mr. Haseley was an avid sportsman and a fan of the Buffalo Bills and Sabres and NASCAR auto racing.
    Survivors include his wife of 27 years, the former Susan M. Sczepczenski; a son, Mark Jr. of the Town of Niagara; two daughters, Heather S. of Philadelphia, Pa., and Jennifer W. of the Town of Niagara; and a sister, Marilyn Mawhiney of Cambria.
    Services will be held at 11 A.M. today in St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 6168 Walmore Road, Wheatfield. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

    TOWN OF NIAGARA- Milton H. (Mike) Haseley, 51, of 10315 Lockport Road, was pronounced dead on arrival at Mount Saint Mary's Hospital Friday (Sept. 9, 1977) after being stricken with an apparent heart attack at his home.
    He was a life-long resident of the Town of Niagara where he had attended local schools.
    He was the president of the Haseley Trucking Co. Inc., which he had operated since the early 1940s. He was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, the Operating Engineers Local 463, the Niagara County Truck Owners Association, the Judges and Police Association of Niagara County and he was an honorary member of the Sanborn Volunteer Fire Co.
    Survivors include his wife, Doris Kelly Haseley, one son, Mark Haseley, one daughter, Marilyn Haseley; his mother, Mrs. Esther Haseley; two brothers, Raymond, and Reuben; two sisters, Mrs. Howard (Elverna) Catlin and Mrs. William (Doris) Davis. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Paul F. Wittenberg officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call at the Rhoney Funeral Home, Sanborn, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday. The Sanborn Volunteer Fire Co. will conduct memorial services Monday at 7 p.m.
    Contributions to the St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church Memorial Fund would be acceptable as tribute the family said.

    Mrs. Narron, 62, died Wednesday (Feb. 12, 1992) at her home on Lockport Road, Town of Niagara, after a long illness.
    A native of North Tonawanda, she moved to the Town of Niagara in 1956. She and her husband, Milton "Mike" Haseley, owned and operated the trucking company, and she continued to operate it after he died in 1977.
    Surviving are her husband, Alonza M. Narron; a son, Mark Haseley; a daughter, Marilyn Retzlaff of Wheatfield, and five grandchildren

    Town of Niagara-Doris June Haseley Narron, 62, of Lockport Road, died Wednesday (Feb. 12, 1992) at her home after a lengthy illness.
    Mrs. Narron owned and operated the Haseley trucking Company with her husband Milton “Mike” Haseley, who died in 1977. She continued operating the company until the time of her death.
    She was born in North Tonawanda and moved to the Town of Niagara in 1956. She was a member of St. peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Walmore.
    She is survived by her husband, Alonza M. Narron; a son, Mark Haseley of the Town of Niagara, a daughter, Marilyn Retzlaff of Wheatfield and five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
    Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Saturday at the Rhoney Funeral Home, 5893 Hoover Road, Sanborn, where prayers will be recited at 9 P.M. Saturday.
    The Rev. Herbert R. Maxwell will conduct services at 2 P.M. Sunday at St. peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, 6168 Walmore Road, Sanborn. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Wheatfield. \

    ELLEN J. SCZEPCZENSKI
    Ellen J. (Taylor) Sczepczenski, 80 years old, died Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at her home after a long illness while under the care of Niagara Hospice. At the time of her death she was surrounded by her loving children. She was born in Niagara Falls on May 19, 1926, the daughter of the late George M. and Winifred B. (Plumsteel) Taylor. Mrs. Sczepczenski attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. For many years she ran the office at the former Niagara Radio and TV on Hyde Park Blvd. for her late husband Robert. She later worked as a bookkeeper for 15 years at Niagara Business. Mrs. Sczepczenski was a member of the LaSalle Church of Christ; the Niagara Presbyterian + 50 Club; the St. James Senior Club and the Echota Club. She enjoyed baking for her family and her church and will especially be remembered for her cookie baking. Mrs. Sczepczenski is survived by her sons, James (Deborah) Sczepczenski of Riverside, CA and Mark (Susan) Sczepczenski of Niagara Falls and her daughters, Carol (Michael) Rydzewski of Angola, NY, Christine (Harold) Earley of Noblesville, IN, Marian (David) Homiszczak of Niagara Falls, Diane (Jeffery) O'Callaghan of Sanborn and Susan (late Mark) Haseley, of Niagara Falls. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Sczepczenski who died on July 16, 1996. and her sisters, Beatrice Nelson and Barbara Rokusek. Friends may call on Saturday from 1 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 at LUBUDA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 356 Portage Road, where a prayer service will begin at 8:00 pm with Minister Ray Johnston officiating. Friends are invited to attend an interment service on Monday, August 28, at:10:00 am at Holy Trinity Cemetery Chapel, 5401 Roberts Street, Lewiston.     Esther L. Haseley of Lockport Road in the Town of Niagara died yesterday (May 27, 1984) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a long illness. She was 91. She was a native of the Town of Wheatfield and had lived in the Town of Niagara for the last 65 years. She was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Walmore. Survivors include sons, Raymond and Reuben, both of the Town of Niagara; daughters, Mrs. Howard (Elverna) Catlin and Mrs. William (Doris) Davis, both of the Town of Niagara; a brother, Edwin DeVantier, of the Town of Wheatfield; 25 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late Frederick and Bertha (Millville) DeVantier and the wife of the late Hubert Haseley, who died in 1974. She also was the mother of the late Milton and Glenn Haseley and sister of the late Benjamin DeVantier.     A native of Poland, the came to

    in ill health for the last year.
