    Services for Edward A. Walck, 83, a retired machinist, will be held at 1 P.M. Monday in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Niagara Road and Luther Street, Bergholz. Burial will be in Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery.
    Walck died Thursday (Feb. 8, 1996) at his home on Ward Road.
    He was born here and worked as a machinist at General Abrasives in Niagara Falls for 43 years before retiring in 1977.
    Walck was a lifelong member and past trustee of Holy Ghost Church. He also was a member of the Lutheran Laymen's League.
    His wife, Irma Kuchenbecker Walck, died in 1985.
    Surviving are two sons, Millard E. of Grand Island and Gary L. of Sanborn; and three grandchildren.

    BERGHOLTZ - One of the lov-
    liest of fall weddings was solemnized
    Saturday, September 26 at 3 o'clock
    at the Holy ghost Lutheran church
    when Miss Irma Kuchenbecker,
    daughter of Rev. and Mrs. John
    Kuchenbecker, became the bride
    of Edward Walck, son of Mr. and
    Mrs. William Walck, of the Ward
    road.
    The ceremony was perfromed by
    the brides father be'ore an altar
    beautifully banked .with palms, and
    baskets of asters and gladioli. At
    the front of the altar was an archway
    and gate entwined with pink
    and white asters and fern. Tiny
    bouquets of asters and baby's
    breath., tied with satin ribbons,
    marked the seats reserved for
    guests. Hugo Gade was organist
    and the vocalists were Mrs. Arthur
    Williams and Mrs. Edward
    Eggert who sang. "My Shepard."
    The bride who entered the church
    on the arm of her father, was
    lovely m a princess gown of bridalwhite
    velva-ray satin, the full skirt
    forming a long tram The long,
    sleeves were puffed at the shoulders
    and came to a point at each
    wrist. The sweetheart neckline was
    fastened in back with a row of tiny
    buttons reaching to the waist. Her
    long veil of illusion and face veil
    was edged with the lace from the
    wedding veil of her mothr and fell
    from a halo of orange blossoms.
    She carried a bouquet of white
    roses, pom poms, gypsophelia and
    baby's breath.
    Mrs. Joseph Hassan, the bride's
    sister, was matron of honor. Her
    picture gown of blue taffeta em-
    broidered with tiny pink flowers
    was fashioned with a sweetheart
    neckline and large pubb sleeves. The
    bouffant skirt was caught at the
    hemline with a pink velvet bow
    She wore a pink velvet bow in her
    hair with the streamers reaching
    in the hemline of her gown. Her
    bouquet was of pink roses, pom
    poms, baby's breath and gypsophelia
    and was tied with pink tulle.
    Mrs. Walter Beutel. the groom's
    sister, and Irene Uriel were bridesmaids.
    Mrs Brute! wore a gown of
    pink taffeta fashioned with puff
    sleeves and a hoop skirt Miss
    Urtel's gown was of blue taffeta
    made like that of the other bridesmaid
    She wore a blue flowered
    tiarra. Both carried bouquets of
    red roses and pom poms.
    Little Marilyn Beutel was flower
    girl Her floor length gown was
    of blue taffeta.
    Ralph Walck was his brother's
    best man and the ushers were Wal-
    ter Beutel and Joseph Hassan.
    The mo-her of the bride wore a
    black velcet frock and the groom's
    mother wore black silk crepe. Their
    corsages were of roses and pom
    poms.
    Following the ceremony, a re-
    ception was held in the school hall.
    Pink and white streamers with
    wedding bells and a variety of fall
    flowers were used as decorations
    The guests were seated at a Ushaped
    table Covers were laid for
    14 at the brides table which was
    centered with a large wedding cake
    and flanked with bowls of roses and
    asters Covers were laid for 54
    guests
    Mrs Walck presented her attendants
    with gold bracelets
    Out-of-town guests included the
    Rev. and Mrs Meyer, of Lockport.
    Mr and Mrs Emil Lemke. of
    Cleveland. Ohio, and Llllan Viesel-
    meyer of Buffalo.
    Among those who entertained for
    Mrs Walck at prenuptial parties
    were Mrs Walter Beutel. at a Var-
    riety .shower. Irene Urtel. at a blue
    and white kitchen shower, and Mrs.
    Joseph Hassan, at a luncheon for
    the members of the bridal party.

    NORTH TONAWANDA -
    William A. Walck, 78, of Ward
    Rd., Town of Wheatfield, a
    retired farmer, died today
    (Jan. 7, 1959) after a long illness.
    He was a life-long resident
    of Wheatfield and a member
    of Holy Ghost Church, Bergholtz.
    He is survived by his wife,
    Mildred Amis Walck; a daughter,
    Mrs. Walter Beutel, and
    two sons, Edward and Ralph
    Walck, all of Town of Wheatfield.
    Two brothers, Gottald
    Walck, of Niagara Falls, and
    Albert Walck, and a sister,
    Mrs. Ella Mavis, both of the
    Town of Wheatfield, 11 grandchildren
    and one great grandchild
    also survive.
    The Rev. John Jaeger will
    conduct the funeral service at
    2 p. m. Friday at the Fretthold
    Funeral Home. Burial will be
    in Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery,
    Bcrgholtz.

    road. St. Johnsbnrg. He was born In
    Germany. For the past 79 years he
    had resided in the town of wheat-
