    Walck, 77, of Ward Road, died Monday (Oct. 2, 1995) in DeGraff Memorial Hospital, North Tonawanda.
    Survivors include his wife, the former Irene Urtel; four sons, Ralph Jr. of Orlando, Fla., Clair of Niagara Falls, and Robert and Gordon, both of North Tonawanda; four daughters, Dorothy Rothrock, Marcia Walck, both of North Tonawanda, Patricia Scholl of Lithonia, Ga., and Sandra Sledziewski of Bergholz; one brother, Edward, and 15 grandchildren

    BERGHOLTZ.—One of the loveliest
    of late spring weddings here
    was solemnised Saturday, May 24,
    at 3 o'clock at the Holy Ghost
    Lutheran church when Miss Irene D.
    Urtel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
    Walter Urtel, of Niagara road, became
    the bride of Ralph W. Walck.
    son.of Mr. and Mrs. William A.
    Walck. of the Ward road.
    The Rev. John Kuchenbecker,
    pastor, performed the double ring
    service before an altar banked with
    palfs. baskets of mixed white flowers
    and baskets of Iris. Bouquets of
    iris were placed om the altar and
    bouquets of mixed-flowers wtre-sct
    In the windows. The approach to
    the altar was reached through a
    gateway under an arch of purple
    and white lilacs. Tiny colonial bouquets
    of sweet peas marked the
    pews reserved for guests.
    Robert Peason, soloist, sang "A
    Prayer Perfect." accompanied by
    the organist, Hugo Oade.
    The brldet who was given In marriage
    by her father, was lovely In a
    princess gown of marquisette over
    white satin with a long train. The
    lace yoke had a high neckline and
    formed a point of lace In back. The
    short puffed sleeves were inserted
    with lace and a band of lace en-
    circled the waist. Her long veil illu-
    sion and face veil was edged with
    a band of lace reaching to the end
    of the veil where it formed two lace
    hearts. It fell from a tiarra of
    pearls. She carried a shower bou-
    quet of gardenias, lillies of the vaklley,
    sweet peas and gypsophelia tied
    with white moline and streamers of
    white satin ribbons caught with
    fern, sweetpeas and gypsophilia.
    Gladys Urtel, sister of the bride,
    was maid of honor. she was attired
    in a powder blue marouisette over
    taffeta mnade in ridingote style and
    fashioned with puff sleeves and a
    round neckline fastening with a
    row of tiny buttons reaching to
    the waistline. The bouffant skirt
    was inserted with bands of lace.

    Little Miss Marilyn Beutel, niece
    of the groom, wore a floor-length
    frock of peach marquisetts with a
    full ruffle at the hem. The short
    puff sleeves were edged with a tiny
    ruffle, She wore a blue taffetta
    ribbon in her hair and carried a
    colonial bouquet of mixed flowers
    tied with blue tulle.
    Edward Walck was his brother's
    best man and William Behm acted
    as groomsman. Ushers were Walter
    Beutel and Ronald Fuerch.
    The mother of the bride was at-
    tired in blue flowered chiffon while
    the mother of the groom wore an
    orchid flowered chiffon. Both had
    corsages of roses and sweetpeas.
    Following the ceremony a recep-
    tion was held at the home of the
    bride's parents. Pink and white
    streamers formed canopies center-
    ing at wedding bells in the various
    rooms. Large bouquets and baskets
    of flowers were also used as decora-
    tions.
    The bride's table, with covers laid
    for 20, was centered with a four-
    tiered wedding cake topped with a
    miniature bride and groom and
    flanked by bouquets of lillies-of-the-
    valley and white tapers in deco-
    rated holders. The long tables re-
    served for guests, with covers laid
    for about 130 were also centered
    with decorated wedding cakes and
    bouquets of flowers.
    The bride and groom will make
    their home in the Ward road fol0
    lowing a trip through the Adiron-
    dacks. the bride traveled in a
    brown crepe suit with a brown and
    white check jacket and brown and
    white accessories.
    Prenuptial parties included a va-
    riety shower by Mrs. Walter Beutel
    and Mrs. Edward Walck; a blue and
    white kitchen shower by Mrs. Ernest
    Ostwald, a variety shower by Mrs.
    William Zuck, bedroom and bat-
    room shower by Gladys Urtel and a
    variety shower by Erma Stange.

    NORTH TONAWANDA -
    William A. Walck, 78, of Ward
    Rd., Town of Wheatfield, a
    retired farmer, died today
    (Jan. 7, 1959) after a long illness.
    He was a life-long resident
    of Wheatfield and a member
    of Holy Ghost Church, Bergholtz.
    He is survived by his wife,
    Mildred Amis Walck; a daughter,
    Mrs. Walter Beutel, and
    two sons, Edward and Ralph
    Walck, all of Town of Wheatfield.
    Two brothers, Gottald
    Walck, of Niagara Falls, and
    Albert Walck, and a sister,
    Mrs. Ella Mavis, both of the
    Town of Wheatfield, 11 grandchildren
    and one great grandchild
    also survive.
    The Rev. John Jaeger will
    conduct the funeral service at
    2 p. m. Friday at the Fretthold
    Funeral Home. Burial will be
    in Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery,
    Bcrgholtz.

    Germany. For the past 79 years he
