    In St. John's Evangelical Lutheran
    Church when the former Miss Jac
    quelyn Andrees, daughter of Mr.
    and Mrs. Ernest Andrees, Falls
    Blvd., became the bride of Ralph
    Rogers, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank
    Rogers of Lockport.
    Vases on either side of the altar
    were filled with white gladioli.
    Palms and ferns decorated the
    chancel. The arch, under which
    the couple .exchanged vows, was
    entwined with white carnations and
    huckleberry greens.
    The bride, given in marriage by
    her father, wore a gown of white
    imported French nylon tulle and
    slipper satin. An illusion neckline
    was trimmed with Chantilly lace
    and pleated nylon tulle. The bodice
    was softly shirred and an
    apron effect of pleated tulle and
    net accented the full tulle skirt
    over net and satin which extended
    into a court length train. A scalloped
    lace-edged fingertip veil of
    illusion, with inserts of lace, was
    caught to a nylon tulle bonnet
    trimmed with clusters of lilies-of-the-
    valley. The bride carried a cascade
    bouquet of white roses and
    stephanotis.
    The maid of honor. Miss Clarice
    Siegmann, wore a maize strapless
    gown of imported lace with a
    matching stole. Her bonnet was of
    nylon tulle trimmed with lilies-of-the-
    valley. The bridesmaid, Miss
    Sandra Andrees and Miss Esther
    Zeinvndorf were in similar gowns
    of orchid.
    Miss Beverly Moll, the flower

    girl v.ore a nylon tulle gown with
    sweetheart neckline and shirred
    bodice. The full tulle skirt was
    caught up at the hemline over taffeta
    and trimmed with flowers. Her
    match'ng tulle bonnet was enhanced
    with forget-me-nots. They
    carried cascade bouquet of camellias.
    Walter Ganshow was the best
    man and ushers were William Andrees
    and Gordon Voelker. The
    ring bearer, Bruce Moll, carried a
    white satin pillow with double lace
    edging.
    Mrs. Ernest Andrees welcomed
    her reception guests attired in
    dusty pink nylon tulle and lace
    over taffeta. Her accessories of
    navy blue complemented her costume.
    The bridegroom's mother favored
    a navy blue dress with blue accessories.
    Both wore corsages of
    roses. The reception was in
    Adam's Fire Hall.
    Pre-nuptial parties for the bride
    were given by Mrs. Philip Moll,

    ANDREES – Mildred E. Andrees, 66, of North Tonawanda, suddenly Saturday (June 2, 1979) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
    Mrs. Andrees was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, the Ladies Aid Society , St. John Gospel Singers and past member of the Adams Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
    She is survived by her husband, Ernest E. Andrees; a daughter, Mrs. Ralph (Jacqueline) Rogers of the Town of Wheatfield, three grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Adolph (Hazel) Wiegand and Mrs. Leona Pollard, both of the Town of Wheatfield, Mrs. Norman (Elfreda) Andrees of the Town of Tonawanda and Mrs. Herbert (Audrey) Haseley of Medina; three brothers, Melvin of the Town of Wheatfield, Kenneth of Niagara Falls and Gordon Voelker of West Virginia.
    Services were held this afternoon at 2 p.m. from St. John Lutheran Church, the Rev. Rolf W. Buchmann officiated. Interment St. John Lutheran Cemetery. If so desired, memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church. Arrangements by the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc.

    William A. Andrees, 52 years old, died yesterday afternoon at his home on the Nash road at St. Johnsburg after a brief illness. Besides his wife, the deceased is survived by five sons, Henry, William, George, Ernest and Norman of St. Johnsburg; four daughters, the Misses Wilhelmina, Louise, Rosina and Emma Andrees; his mother, Mrs. Wilhelmina Andrees; one brother, Henry Andrees of Ransomville and three sisters, Mrs. August Strassburg and Mrs, Charles Stang (sic) of St. Johnsburg and Mrs. Charles Werth of North Tonawanda. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the late residence and half an hour late from St. John's Lutheran  Church at St. Johnsburg.  Rev. William Albrecht officiating. Interment will be made at St. Johnsburg. Henry Andrees, the oldest son, is in the National Army.

    NORTH TONAWANDA, Jan 25 - Mrs. Emma Andrees, 80, widow of William Andrees, Fall Town of Wheatfield, died at the home of her daughter, M Edward Heschke, 221 Robinson after a long illness. Born in Germany, she came to this country at the age of 18 residing the greater part of her life in the Town of Wheatfield. She was a member of St John's Lutheran Church, Ladies Aid Society of the church and the auxiliary of the Adams Fire Department. She is survived by three daughters besides Mrs. Heschke, Mrs, Carl Lureman. this city; Mrs.*Edward Hildebrandt and Mrs. Philip Moll, Town of Wheatfield; ;five sons, Henry, Norman and George, this city; William and Ernest, Town of Wheatfield: 24 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. William Runde, this city,'and a brother, Charles Schultz, Town of Wheatfield. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Hamp Funeral Home with the Rev, Walter Thiemecke officiating. Burial will be in St John's cemetery.

Mrs. Schultz had resided in Bergholtz for the past 43 years and was a member of St. James Lutheran Church and the Ladies Ai Society of the Church.     BERGHOLTZ, Nov. 18- The mar-
    riage of Miss Elfrieda Voelker, of
    Niagara and Hunts streets, to Nor-
    man Andrees, of the Nash road and
    Niagara Falls boule
    vard, was one of

    the prettiest weddings held here this
    season. Miss Voelker is the daughter
    of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Voelker
    and Mr. Andrees is a son of Mrs. E.
    Andrees. The ceremony took place
    last Saturday at St. James Evangelical
    Lutheran church, the Rev. Otto
    Bruss officiating.
    To the strains of Lohengrin's wed-
    ding march, played by Theodore Gra-
    bau, organist, the bridal party enter-
    ed the church. Miss Voelker was love-
    ly in her bridal attire of a white
    moire gown, which was floor length
    and had a long train, a long tulle
    veil and an old fashioned bouquet of
    white roses, and white Pom Poms and
    smilax tied with satin streamers. She
    wore white hose and shoes to match.
    Miss Audrey Voelker, sister of the
    bride, was maid of honor and wore a
    becoming gown of tea rose moire
    floor length, similar to that of the
    bride. The bride's maids were Miss
    Emma Andrees, sister of the groom,
    and Miss Gladys Mellenthine, an in-
    timate friend of the bride.
    The little four-year-old flower girl,
    Jacquelyn Andrees, niece of the bride
    and groom, looked dainty in a peach
    color silk crepe dress..
    The best man was Wallace Mar-
    tin. Melvin Voelker, brother of the
    bride, and Phillip Moll were ushers.
    Before the ceremony the Misses Ger-
    trude and Lydia Schultz of Niagara
    Falls, sand "I Love You Truly," and
    after the ceremony "What a Friend
    we Have in Jesus," with Mr. Grabau
    accompanying. The single ring cere-
    mony was used. Mrs. Voelker, mo-
    ther of the bride, wore a becoming
    dress of green silk crepe, and Mrs.
    Andrees, mother of the groom, wore
    a stunning gown of wine crepe.
    After the ceremony a reception was
    held in the hall on Niagara road for
    about 60 guests. Out-of-town guests
    were from Nashville, Tonawanda and
    Niagara Falls.
    Pre-nuptial affairs were showers
    given by Mrs. Hazel Weigant, the
    Misses Audrey Voelker and Lydia
    Schultz; Mrs. E. Andrees, Mrs. Mil-
    dred Andrees and Miss Emma An-
    drees; Miss Loretta Froehling, Mrs.
    Edward Heshke and Mrs. William
    Andrees. The bride and groom will
    reside on the corner of Nash road and Ni-
    agara Falls boulevard.

    HERMAN FRYE DIES
    Widely Known Pierce Avenue Man, Former Youngstown Farmer, Passes
    Herman C. Frye, of 2232 Pierce avenue, died in Memorial hospital yesterday afternoon following an operation. He was admitted to the hospital Wednesday night.
    Mr. Frye, who was 75 years old, was a native of Germany. He had lived in the United States for the past 51 years and formerly operated a farm at Youngstown. He came to Niagara Falls 24 years ago and had been employed as a janitor by the Spirella company for the past 18 years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bertha Frye; eight daughters, Mrs. Elsie Voleker (sic). of Bergholtz, Mrs. Matie Seymour, of Buffalo, Mrs. Hilda Hickox, of New Kensington, Pa., and, Mrs. Lydia Voelker, Mrs. Esther Nassoiy, Mrs. Elmina Krauser, Mrs. Cecelia Mang and Mrs. Lonie Livingston, of this city; and four sons, Arnold R., of Poughkeepsie, Herman W., of Detroit, and Reinhart B. and Solomon H., of this city. A sister and a brother in Germany and 37 grandchildren, and one great grandchild also survive.
