    t h e i r daughter, Miss Joan Marsha
    Hughes, to• James; M. Watts, son of
    Mr. and Mrs. Roland Watts, Livingston.
    Place, Lockport.
    Miss Hughes, a graduate of Niagara.
    Falls High School, is.a, senior, at the
    State University College at Brockport,
    majoring in elementary education and
    a.member pf t h e junior personnel
    staff.
    Mr. Watts is an alumnus of Lock-
    port High School and Erie County Technical
    institute, Buffalo. He attends the
    Air Force School of Electronics with
    the Air National Guard, Biloxi, Miss.

    MISS JOAN MARSHA HUGHES and
    James Mayo Watts were wed in a 3 p.m.
    doublerring ceremony Saturday (July 3,
    1965) at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran
    Church.
    Rev. Theodore L. Menter officiated at the
    nuptials for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
    Emrys Hughes. 1619 Weston Ave., and the
    son of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Watts, 56 Livingston
    Place, Lockport.

    ESCORTED by her father, the bride
    selected a gown of white organza styled
    with a square neckline, fitted bodice, dome
    skirt and detachable chapel train.
    A matching petal-shaped headpiece secured
    her layer veil of French silk illusion.
    She carried a spray of white carnations
    with ivy.
    Miss Dorothy Hughes was her sister's
    maid of honor wearing a floor-length gown
    of pink organza over taffeta. Her-bouffant
    veil was held by a matching headpiece
    trimmed with crystal. She carried a spray
    of pink and white carnations.

    THE BRIDESMAIDS, Miss Linda Hansen,
    Lewiston, and Mrs. Gary Schultz,
    Ransomville, were similarly attired.
    Miss Diane Allen was the flower girl.
    The best man was Ralph Watts, brother
    of the bridegroom. Seating guests were
    Robert Jackson, Lockport; David Hughes,
    brother of the bride; and Daniel Steele,
    Lockport.
    A 5 p.m. reception was at Hardings Restaurant,
    Youngstown.
    The newlyweds will reside in Alden
    upon returning from a trip to Nova-Scotia and
    New Brunswick.
