Mrs. Lena Mante Dies at Walmore
Was Former Well Known Resident of Niagara Falls
WALMORE, June 22.-Mrs. Lena Mante, 52 years old, a native of this village, died suddenly of heart disease at 11:15 o'clock last night at the family home in the Lockport road, at the intersection of the Packard road. Mrs. Mante was a former well known resident of Niagara Falls, having resided in Niagara avenue there for many years. She was born in Walmore, a daughter of the late Charles Blumreich and Martha Schroder (sic). She was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran church and active in its organizations. While living in Niagara Falls Mrs. Mante was an active member of St. Paul's Evangelical church, in Cleveland avenue, where her death will be mourned by a wide circle of friends.
Besides her husband, Albert G. Mante, she is survived by four brothers and two sisters, Frederick, Rudolph and Amos Haseley and Rose, Lucy and Edward Blumreich, all of Niagara Falls.
Funeral services will be held from the Lockport road home on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, standard time, and at 2 o'clock at St. Peter's church. The Rev. Edward Grabau will officiate. Interment will be in Walmore cemetery.

This afternoon at four o'clock a
charming wedding will be solemnized
at St. Paul's German church, corner of
Cleveland ave. and Eighteenth st., when
Miss Magdalena Blumreich, this city
and Mr. Albert G. Mante of Sanborn,
N.Y., will be united in marriage by
the Rev. Edward Nemeschy. The bride
will be gowned in white crepe de chene,
with overdress of chiffon, will wear a
veil caught with orange blossoms, and
carry a shower bouquet of bride's roses
and lillies of the valley. She will be
attended by Miss Rose Blumreich as
maid of honor and Miss Lena Walck
as bridesmaid, who will be gowned
alike in white voile and lace and will
carry pink roses. The groom will be
attended by Mr. Edward Jagor and
Mr. Edward Blumreich. After the
ceremony a reception will be held at
the home of the bride's parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Clarles Blumreich, of 1657
Niagara avenue. Covers will be laid
for ten at the bride's table, which will
be decorated in pink and white. Mr.
and Mrs. Mante will leave this even-
ing for an eastern trip, the bride going
away in a suit of blue gabardine, with
hat to match, and on their return will
reside in Sanborn, N.Y. The out of
town guests will be Mr. and Mrs.
Julius Mante. parents of the groom.
