    Linda Hanslow 68, of Champaign, Illinois, passed away on March, 3, 2019 at her home. Linda was born on April, 10, 1950 in Lincoln, Illinois, the daughter of Wilber and Dorothy Haseley. They preceded her in death. She is survived by Dale, her husband of 49 years; sons, Bryan (Neva Clark) Hanslow, Aaron (Dawn) Hanslow and Craig (Katie) Hanslow; grandchildren, Drew Hanslow, Levi Hanslow, Sophia Hanslow, Holdyn Hanslow and Hadley Hanslow and brother, Steve (Connie) Haseley. Linda loved boating in the Ozarks. She enjoyed traveling and spending time soaking up the sun in Mexico. She was a mammogram and MRI technician at OSF Hospital in Urbana and previously worked at Carle Hospital in Urbana. She loved her job and was very dedicated to her work. Linda was an active member of Mahomet Lutheran Church, Christ Lutheran Church and Newcomers and Oldcomers in Lake Ozark. She loved to laugh and earned the nickname “Giggles” she loved having a fast paced life and liked to keep busy spending time with family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

    Dorothy A. Haseley, 90, of Lincoln, died at 4:20 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 7, 2014) at St. Clara’s Manor, Lincoln. Dorothy was born Oct. 28, 1923 in Logan County, the daughter of Louis and Edith Scheiler Elsas. She married Wilbert A. Haseley May 2, 1948 in Lincoln. He preceded her in death April 10, 1992. Dorothy is survived by a son, Steven (Connie) Haseley, of Lincoln; a daughter, Linda (Dale) Hanslow, of Mahomet; grandchild, Bryan (Beth) Hanslow, of Springfield, Missouri; great-grandchildren, Drew, Levi, and Sophia, Aaron (Dawn) Hanslow of Farmer City, and Craig (Katie) Hanslow of Mahomet; great-grandchildren, Holdyn Hanslow, Michael (Annie) Haseley of Deerfield Beach, Florida, Matthew (Jackie) Haseley of Lincoln, and Brayden Haseley and step-great- grandchildren, Makenna Frank and Amy (Dax) Rodriquez; stepgreat- grandchildren, Ashton, Bailey and Brody Rodriquez and several nieces and nephew. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Alvin and Robert Elsas and sister, Mildred Lamar. Dorothy was the last of her immediate family. Dorothy was a Registered Nurse at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Logan County Correctional Facility and later a Portamedic Examiner performing physicals for insurance companies until she retired.
