    Miss Rankin is a graduate of

    Forms.
    Mr. Licht is employed at Columbus
    McKinnon Corp., Tonawanda.

    Clyde E. Rankin Jr., 29 Ward Road, and LeGrand A.

    North Tonawanda, were united in marriage Sept. 2 in
    First Baptist Church.
    The Rev. Leo Griffin performed
    the ceremony before an altar
    graced with baskets of chrysanthemums
    and palms.
    The bride wore a white organza
    over taffeta gown trimmed in appliques
    of French lace and seed
    pearls. A jeweled crown held her
    fingertip veil and she carried a
    bouquet of white gladioli petals,
    rosebuds and lily of the valley.
    Mrs. Robert Titterington was
    matron of honor. Mrs. Ronald
    Popp and Miss Susan LaPorte
    were bridesmaids, Miss Carol Ann
    Rankin, junior bridesmaid, andi
    Jacquelin Licht, the flower girl.
    They wore blue organza over taffeta
    dresses and carried arrangements
    of peach color roses and
    gladioli petals.
    Robert Titterington was best,
    man. Ronald Popp and Douglas
    Licht - were ushers and Randy
    Licht, ringbearer.
    The bride's mother wore
    brown chiffon dress with beige
    and brown accessories. The bride-
    groom's mother chose a pink
    Chantilly lace dress and white accessories.
    Both wore corsages to
    harmonize with their attire.
    Blue and white streamers and
    wedding bells decorated the Ma-
    sonic Temple in Sweet Home Rd.
    for a buffet supper which followed
    the ceremony.
    The couple traveled to the Adir-
    ondack Mountains on a wedding
    trip. They will be at home after
    Sept. 10 in 314 Linwood Ave.,
    North Tonawanda.

    RANKIN - Clyde E. Rankin Jr ,
    age 67, of North Tonawanda, Monday,
    (April 7, 1986) after a lengthy
    illness. Mr Rankin was a member
    of the Grand Island Masonic Lodge
    #1138 F&A.M. in the Scottish Rite of
    Buffalo.
    He is survived by his wife, Harriett
    (nee Becker) Rankin; two
    daughters, Mrs. Lee (Donna) Licht
    and Mrs. William (Carol) Mc-
    Granahan, both of North Tonawanda
    and a son, William (Lydia)
    Rankin of Lockport; also survived
    by five grandchildren; a brother,
    Louis (Gretchen) Rankin of Buffalo.
    Friends may call at the Fretthold
    Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St.
    at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda,
    Tuesday 7-9 and Wednesday 2-4 and
    7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be
    held at the funeral home, Thursday
    at 11 a.m. the Rev. Woodrow W.
    McCaleb will officiate. Interment in
    Acacia Park Cemeterv.
