SANBORN - Funeral arrangements were being made today at the Pike & Jones Funeral Home for Charles W. Rockwood, 73, who died unexpectedly Thursday night (June 15, 1961) at his home, 120 Phyllis Ave., Buffalo. Born in the Town of Wilson, March 27, 1888, Mr. Rockwood was a son of the late Frederick and Minnie Forth Rockwood. He lived in Buffalo for the last 20 years. A carpenter, he was a retired employe of the former Buffalo Bolt Co.. North Tonawanda. Surviving are his widow, Wanda Krull Rockwood; two sisters, Mrs. Lulu Maacks, Lockport, and Mrs. Evelyn Patterson, Burt; three stepsons, Edward Krull, Niagara Falls, Wilbert and Elwood Krull, both of Sanborn; and a stepdaughter, Mrs. George Heiman, Niagara Falls.
