    NIAGARA FALLS - Albert R. Mueller, 61, of 2425 Niagara Road, Bergholz, died in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center Friday (July 4, 1915). A native of this city, he resided in Bergholz for the past 15 years, He was an advanced flight instructor during World War II and was employed with the Niagara County Highway Department for eight years, for 14 years at Niagara Mohawk and for the past 15 years at the New York State Power Authority, He was an active member of St. James Lutheran Church. Mr. Mueller is survived. by his wife, Dorothy Mueller; a son, Robert T. Mueller of Bergholz; a daughter, Mrs. Douglas (Barbara) Burdette of Hayesville; Ohio; two sisters, Miss Helen Mueller of this city and Mrs, Louise Beutel of the Town of Wheatfield; four brothers, The Rev. Henry Mueller of Rice Lake, Wisc., the Rev. Marcus Mueller of Altamont, IlI., Daniel Mueller of the Town of Lewiston and Norman Mueller of the Town of Niagara, and four grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Paul Mueller. Funeral services will be held Monday at St. James Lutheran Church, Bergholz, at 2 p.m. Burial will be in St. James Lutheran Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Lane Funeral Home, Inc., 8622 Buffalo Ave. from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. James Lutheran Vespers, the family said.

Lutheran Church; devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and homemaker; survivors include a son, Robert (Linda) Mueller of Bergholz; daughter, Barbara Burdette of Powell, OH; sister, Gertrude Schmidt of Niagara Falls; grandchildren: Jason Mueller, Jennifer (Edward) Wisniewski, Denise Burdette, Debra Burdette and Darcy Burdette; great-grandchildren: Taran, Tanner, Noah and Sarah Wisniewski; also predeceased by a sister, Genevieve Retzlaff. Friends may call Thursday from 6-9 PM in the DUBOIS FUNERAL HOME, 2436 Niagara Rd., (Bergholz) in Wheatfield. Services on Friday at 11 AM in St. James Ev. Lutheran Church, Rohr St. and Niagara Rd. in Bergholz. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church. Interment in St. James Lutheran Cemetery.
