JOHN H. WENDT
John H. Wendt 78, of 444 1/2 Schenck St., a lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, died Saturday in his home. He was a member of St. Peter's American Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Minnie, nee Haas; a son, Norman and three grandchildren, all of North Tonawanda. Funeral services were held this afternoon in the Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam St. The Rev. Carl Scheidt officiated. Burial was in Elm-lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Louisa Kriedemann, 88 years old, who resided with her son, Gustav, 837 Nash road, died Friday night in a Lockport hospital. Born in the town of Pendleton, she lived in North Tonawanda many years. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Fred Proefrock, Alexander, N. Y., three sons, Gustav Kriedemann, John Wendt and Martin Wendt, North Tonawanda; eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Sarah Lenhardt, Lockport. Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home of Gustav Kriedemann. Rev. Ernst Schneppe officiated. Burial was in St. Peter's cemetery.

Mrs. Kinney Dead
A dispatch from Lockport states that Mrs. Wilhelmina Kinney, mother of Mrs.
Charles Kreidemann of North Tonawanda, died Saturday at her home on Bear
Ridge. The deceased was 84 years old. Another daughter, Mrs. George
Lenhart of Lockport also survives. She also has 22 grandchildren and nine
great-grandchildren who survive. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon
