    Doris E. (McMillen) Finnegan Neale, 86, of Wheatfield, NY, died on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at DeGraff Memorial Hospital in North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY. Born in Dedham, MA she was the daughter of the late Robert W. and Caroline E. (York) McMillen, Sr. She was predeceased by her husband Richard H. Finnegan and Archie W. Neale. Doris attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1940. She was employed as a secretary at E.I. Dupont and at Hooker Chemical Company, later known as Occidental Chemical Company in Niagara Falls until retiring in the 1980's. Doris was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Lewiston Volunteer Fire Company #1. In her leisure time, Doris enjoyed solving crossword puzzles. Doris is survived by one son, Robert D. (Suellen) Finnegan of Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY; and one daughter, Patricia (John) McKinnon of Abilene, TX; two grandsons, Michael R. (Sheila) Finnegan and David A. (Anna) McKinnon; three great grandchildren, Jason Finnegan, Deanna McKinnon and Richard McKinnon; one brother, Robert W. (Marjorie) McMillen, Jr. of Palm Bay, FL; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one sister, Ruth (Robert of Youngstown, NY) Kilmer. There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, April 13th at 11 a.m. in St. Vincent De Paul Parish at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY with Rev. James Fugle officiating. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, Niagara County, NY. Memorial donations may be made to the Olmsted Center for the Visually Impaired, 1170 Main Street, Buffalo NY 14209 or to Disabled American Veterans, VA Regional Office Room 815-C, 111 West Huron, Buffalo, Erie County, NY 14202.
