SCHIMSCHACK - Rose Schimschack, nee Martin, 71, of Ward Rd., Town of
Wheatfield, died Friday (March 1, 1957) in DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a
long illness. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the St. Johnsburg
Fire Company and of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Mrs.
Schimschack is survived by her husband, Fred; a daughter, Mrs. Wilbur Grawe
of North Tonawanda, seven brothers, Henry of North Tonawanda, Albert of
Tonawanda, and Fred, George, Emery, Walter and Gustav Martin, all of the
Town of Wheatfield. Two grandchildren and three great grandchildren also
survive. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver St. at
Ward Rd., where services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. J. Walter
Thiemecke officiating. Burial in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.

ALBERT MARTIN
Albert Martin, 84 years oid, well known resident of the town of Wheatfield for many years, who resided on the Ward road, died yesterday morning in a Buffalo hospital. He was born in Germany. He came to the town of Wheatfield 54 years ago. He is survived by his wife, Augusta; eight sons, Henry, Emory, and William A., North Tonawanda, Fred, Albert, Jr., and George, town of Wheatfield. August, Niagara Falls, and Walter, New York city; a daughter, Mrs. Fred Schimschack, Wheatfield; 22 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the home of his daughter, Mrs. Schimshack, on the Ward road. Burial wil be in the St. Mark's cemetery.
