    Carl M. Roseneau, forty-three years
    old, died at 8.o'clock this morning at
    his home on the- Niagara. Falls boulevard,
    near the Nash road. His death
    followed a lingering illness. Roseneau
    was born in Germany. He had lived
    in the town of Wheatfield during the
    past sixteen years. He is survived by
    his wife,, two daughters, the Misses
    Elsie and Gretha Roseneau; one son,
    Carl Roseneau; his mother, Mrs. Herman
    Rietch of North Tonawanda, two
    brothers, Leo Roseneau of Tonawanda
    and Robert Roseneau of Germany, and
    two sisters,' Mrs. August Strehlow of
    Tonawanda and Mrs. Frederick
    Schuelke of Germany. The funeral
    will be held-from the German Lutheran
    church at St. Johnsburg. Burial will
    take place in the S t Johnsburg ceme
    tery.

    Rietsch had resided in Tonawanda
    for the past 35 years.
    Surviving are two daughters. Mra.
    Strehlow and Mrs. Fred Schulke,
    Helwig, Germany; two sons, Leo
    Rosenau, North Tonawanda, and
    Robert Rosenau, Mannheim, Ger-
    many; a sister, Mrs. Wilhelmina
    Strehlow, Tonawanda; 16 grand-
    children and 13 great grandchil-
    dren.
    The funeral will be held Thurs-
    day afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the
    Strehlow residence. Rev. F. O
    Schultz will officiate and interment
    will be in the St. John's cemetery
    at St. Johnsburg.

    Born In Germany and Resident of Tonawanda for Fast 35 Years
    TONAWANDA, April 2- Mrs. Anna E. Rietsch. 83 old, died Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. August R. Strehlow, 240 Morgan street. Born in Johannisburg, Germany. Mrs. Rietsch had resided in Tonawanda for the past 35 years. Surviving are two daughters. Mrs. Strehlow and Mrs. Fred Schulke. Delwig, Germany; two sons, Leo Rosenau, North Tonawanda, and Robert Rosenau. Mannheim. Germany; a sister, Mrs. Wilhelmina Strehlow. Tonawanda; 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Strehlow residence. Rev. F. .O. Scholz will officiate, and interment will in the St. John's cemetery at St. Johnsburg.
