    Weddings

    Warder-Bingaman
    New Year's Day was the wedding
    day of Miss Mildred Bingaman.
    daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Claude
    Bingaman, of Linwood avenue, and
    Mr. Leslie Warder, son of Mr and
    Mrs. Alfred Warder, of Tenth .
    street the ceremony taking place
    in the Church of Christ. Disciples,
    at 2 o'clock, with the pastor of the
    church, the Rev. William Saye, officiating.

    The bride, who was given In
    marriage by her uncle, Mr. James
    Sedlak. wore a gown of white
    flowered taffeta fashioned floorlength.
    With this she wore a dainty
    white- velvet halo trimmed with
    orange blossoms, from which fell
    her shoulder-length veil. She car-
    ried a bouquet of white roses, sweet
    peas and pom poms.

    Miss Vernette Bayne. maid of
    honor, wore a grape-colored flow-
    ered taffeta made floor-length Her
    hat was on the same lines as the
    brides, in wine with cornflowers as
    trim. Her bouquet was of wine pom
    poms, red roses and yellow corn
    flowers.

    Marilyn Warder. Junior bridesmaid,
    wore a floor-length gown of
    powder blue taffeta with wine colored
    bows. Her bouquet was of
    pink roses, sweet peas and yellow
    pom poms.
    Mr. Howard Steinbrenner was the
    best man, with Mr. Richard Gil-
    liam and Mr. Howard Penman as
    the ushers.
    The mother of the bride wore a
    gown of black velvet with white
    trim and the mother of the bridegroom
    wore a black lace gown with
    green accessories.

    A reception was held at the home
    of the bride's parents from 4 to 6
    o'clock. Pink and white were effectively
    used as decorations The
    bride's table which was centered
    with a two-tier wedding cake, was
    arranged for 12
    Guests from Youngstown Lewiston.
    Tonawanda, Rochester N Y
    and from Hamilton. Ont were
    present at the wedding and recep-
    tion.

    Mrs Frank Hailinger and Mrs.
    Percy Jackson and Miss Vernette Bayne,
    Mrs Alfred Warder .and Mrs. Earl
    O Brian entertained for the bride.
    Mr and Mrs. Warder will reside
    in Linwood avenue for the present.

    14, 1963. Hazel Bingamin, age 73, of
    1836 Linwood Ave., sister of Raymond
    Wilkinson of Lewiston. She is also
    survived by several grandchildren. Funeral
    services will be held Wednesday,
    at 1 p.m. in Otto Redanz Funeral Home
    Inc., Michigan and 10th St., the Rev.
    Pierre Tangent officiating. Interment
    Memorial Park Cemetery. The fam-
    ily will be present Monday ond Tuesday
    3-5 & 7-9 p.m.

    George Wilkinson, 64 years old. died
    at his home on Military road. Niagara
    Falls. Monday. He spent the greater
    part of his life In Wilson and was well
    known here. Surviving are his wife,
    four sons,. Lee Wilkinson of Tampa.
    Fla.. Ray. Wendell and Howard .Wilkinson
    of Niagara Falls: five daughters,
    Mrs. Bingman. Mrs. Hurd, Mildred Wilkinsen,
    Marian Wilkinson and Gladys
    Wilkinson. all of Niagara Falls. The
    lasetal was held at the family home
    Wednesday afternoon and later at
    Christ church. Niagara Falls. Rev. Mr.
    Bates officiating. The l . O . O . F . of
    which he was a member, attended in a
    body and assisted in the services at
    the burial which was at Greenwood
    cemetery, Wilson. Wednesday afternoon

    LEWISTON, Sept. 30-Mrs. Lydia
    Wilkinson, 77 years old, widow of
    George Wilkinson, died at her home
    in Ridge street here at 8 o'clock
    last evening following an Illness of
    five weeks.
    Mrs. Wilkinson was born In Olcott
    In 1862, daughter of the late
    Mr. and Mrs. James Brown, pioneer
    Niagara county residents. She was
    married in Wilson and came to
    Lewiston 47 years ago. Her husband
    died in 1922. She was a member of
    the Rlverdale Rebekah lodge and
    had a wide circle of friends.
    She is survived by two sons, Raymond,
    of Niagara Falls, And How-
    ard, of Lewiston. and five daughters,
    Mrs. Florence Herd. Mrs. Hazel
    Bingaman And Mrs. Mildred
    Sedlak, of Niagara Falls; Mrs.
    Marian Mourhess, of Chicago, and
    Miss Gladys Wilkinson, of Lewiston.
    Four grandchildren Also survive.
    Prlvate funeral services will be
    held at the Redanz funeral home,
    Niagara Falls. At 2 p. m. Monday.
    Burial will be in Memorial Park
    cemetery.
