    A very pretty wedding was solemnized
    at 3:30 o clock on Saturday afternoon
    at the Church of Christ Disciples, when
    Miss Thclma Weaver, daughter of Mrs.
    Laura Weaver of this city became the
    bride of Lester Bobzien. son of Mr. and
    Mrs. William Bobzien of Burt. N. Y.
    The ceremony was performed by the
    Reverend Z. E. Bates. The church
    was beautifully decorated with palms
    and chrysanthemums. Mrs. Myron J.
    Schadc sang "At Dawning." Just before
    the ceremony accompanied by Mrs.
    Banks who also played the wedding
    march.
    The bride, who was given in marriage
    by her cousin Myron Schadc.
    looked lovely In a wedding gown of
    white crepe-back satin. The skirt
    was made of bouffant styk with uneven
    hemline and was trimmed with chantilly
    lace and pearls. Her tulle veil was
    arranged cap-style and' was caught
    with orange blossoms. She carried a
    shower bouquet of lillles of the valley
    and bridal roses. The bride's sister.
    Miss Lorene Weaver, acted as bridesmaid.
    She was gowned in powder blue
    georgette with hat to match and carried
    an arm bouquet of chrysanthemums.
    Leonard Bradt. Jr.. acted as best
    man and the ushers were Burdettc Bob-
    zien and Myron Weaver.
    Immediately following the ceremony
    a reception for fifty guests was held at
    tho home of the bride.
    After a motor trip to Washington.
    Philadelphia ond New York. Mr. and
    Mrs. Bobzien will reside at Burt. N. Y.
    Among those who entertained at prenuptial
    affairs were: Mrs. Harry
    Davis. Miss Myrtle Vedder. and the
    Loyal Daughters' Class of the church
    of Christ, each with variety showers:
    the Girls' Sewing club with a personal
    shower, and Mrs. Richard Willis and
    Mrs. Jerald McCollum with a Rose
    Marie shower.
    Guests were present, from Ransomville,
    Lockport, Little Valley. Youngstown.
    Sanborn. Buffalo. Confer. Burt
    Newfane and Tonawanda.

    1. BOBZIEN, Lester Herbert was born on 10 Aug 1931 in Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital, Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY; and died.
    2. BOBZIEN, Laura Lee
