    For Mrs. Theresa Smoyer
    NORTH TONAWANDA, July 12
    —Mrs. Theresa Smoyer, 83, of 1130
    Oliver street, died early yesterday.
    She was the widow of the late Dr.
    Henry Smoyer, widely-known local
    physician. "
    A charter member of the Third
    Presbyterian Church Women's Benefit
    association and the Sunshine society,
    she was active in church,
    civic and social affairs of the city
    for many years.
    Survivors include a son, Henry T
    Smoyer, Pendlelon; a sister, Mrs.
    Louise Argue, Lockport, and two
    brothers, Nikolas Bower, Gasport,
    and John Bower, Lockport
    Services will be at 2 p. m. Monday
    at the Fretihold Funeral home
    with the.Rer. William H. Saye officiating.
    • Burial will be in Acacia
    Park cemetery.

    at 2 P. M. from Fretthold Funeral
    Home, 1341 Oliver St. at
    Ward Road. North Tonawanda.
    The Rev. William Saye will officiate.
    Interment in Acacia Park
