    Pierce avenue announce the marriage
    of their daughter, Elsie to
    Henry Sehroeder' of this city at the
    Trinity Lutheran Church on South
    avenue, Wednesday afternoon, at
    three O'clock, the Reverend Paul T.
    Gutknecht officiating.
    "The bride was gowned in white
    Canton crepe trimmed with pearls
    and radium lace, her veil was caught
    with orange..blossoms and sho carried
    a shower bouquet of white roses
    and lilies of the valley. The maid,
    of honor. Flora Schoenherr, sister of
    the bride wore peach- canton crepe
    and carried a bouquet of Ophelia
    roses, Miss Edna Kemke of Gratwick,
    N. Y.. was bridesmaid. The flower
    girls, Verna Schroeder and Violet
    Jordan nieces of the bride wore white
    Brussels net over white satin and
    trimmed with for-get-me-nots and
    carried baskets of sweetheart roses.
    Leo Sehroeder acted as his brother's
    best man, and the ushers were
    Charles Schiemann . and Arthur
    Sehroeder. The bride's mother wore
    'black silk Crepe trimmed with jet
    beads. The groom's gift to the bride
    war. a pin set with diamonds' and
    pearls.
    After the ceremony, a dinner wa's
    served at the home of the bride's
    parents to 100 guests. The table was
    decorated with ferns and evergreen
    and asters. The out of town guests
    were John Schenhrrr, grandfather
    of the bride. Oscar and Martha
    Schoenherr. Mr. and Mrs. Frank
    Mentzell. ' Mr. and Mrs. George
    Schoenherrr, Miss Floria, Ada, Leo
    Schoenherr and Mrs. Paul Schoen-
    herr and daughter, of Ottawa, Ont.

    MILLEVILLE – Herbert A. Milleville, 87, of 10735 Cayuga Drive Extension, in DeGraff Memorial Hospital, Sunday (May 16, 1982).
    Husband of Ruth (Goerss) Milleville; father of Joyce Schroeder of Niagara Falls; brother of Edward and Phillip Milleville, Mrs. Hilda Myers and Mrs. Carl (Edna) Geltz, all of Niagara Falls; he is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
    Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. from the Grace Lutheran Church, Cayuga Drive and Pershing Avenue, Niagara Falls, with the Rev. Daniel Otto officiating. Interment in Wheatfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Lane Funeral Home Inc., 8622 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls from 2-4 and 7-8 P.M. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Grace Lutheran Church.

    Herbert A. Milleville
    Herbert A. Milleville, 87, of 10735 Cayuga Drive Ext. died Sunday (May 16, 1982) in DeGraff Memorial Hospital in North Tonawanda after a short illness. He was a native of the Town of Wheatfield and served in the U.S. Army during World War 1. He was a member the Wheatfield Post 1451, the American, Association of Retired Persons and Grace Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; a daughter, Joyce Schroeder of this city; two brothers, Edward and, Philippineslip of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Hilda Myers and Mrs. Carl (Edna) Geltz of this city; and four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Grace Lutheran Church, Cayuga Drive and Pershing Avenue, with the Rev. Daniel Otto officiating. Burial will be in Wheatfield Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Lane Funeral Home, 8622 Buffalo Ave. Memorials to the Grace Lutheran Church are acceptable as tribute.

    Ruth E. Milleville, 97, who enjoyed flower gardening, crocheting and refinishing furniture, died Wednesday (March 1, 2000) in CrestWood Health Care Center after a brief illness. Born Ruth Goerss in Wheatfield, she had been a resident of CrestWood since 1996. Her husband, Herbert A., died in 1982. Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Schroeder of Bergholz; a sister, Hilda Wittkop of Amherst; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 A.M. Friday in DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, Bergholz. Burial will be in Wheatfield Cemetery.
