Mrs. Dorothea Stolzenberg, 79,
widow of Charles P. Stolzenberg,
died this morning at 11 o'clock, at
the home of her son Carl M. Stol
zenberg on the Drake Settlement
road, town of Newfane, of old age
complications. She had been ill
about 10 days.
Bom In Germany, Mrs. Stolzen
berg came to America with her
parents when 14 years old, and since
then had resided to Niagara county,
and for the past 39 years to Newfane
township. She was a member
for the German Lutheran church at
Drake Settlement.
Surviving are three daughters,
Mrs. Sherman Beeman of Akron;
Mrs. Bart Howell of Lockport, and
Mrs. Edward Wendler of the town
of Newfane; five sons, Henry, Carl
and William Stolzenberg of Newfane
township, Herman of Lewiston and
Frank of Medina; three brothers,
John Wolfe of Middleport, Henry ol
Niagara Falls, and Christian of
Newfane; and one sister, Mrs. Frank
Needell of North TonawendaChildren:
