    HERMAN STRABLOW
    Herman C Strablow, St., 76,
    of 289 West Lake Rd., Honeoye,
    N.Y., a native of Niagara
    County died Saturday (July 8,
    1972) in Thompson Memorial
    Hospital, Canandaigua, after a
    brief illness.
    Born in Wilson, he was a
    stock clerk for the Acme
    Electric Co. until 1962. Since
    that time, he was a sanitary
    inspector for the Town of
    Canadice.
    He was a member of the
    Canadice United. Methodist
    Church, the Independent Order
    of Odd Fellows Lodge 691 and
    the Honeoye Senior Citizens.
    Survivors include his wife,
    Fannie; two daughters, Mrs.
    Eleanor Willcox of Honeoye,
    and Mrs. Ethel Cassatt of
    Niagara Falls; 7 grandchildren
    10 great grandchildren
    and a niece.
    Funeral services will be held
    at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the
    Rhoney Funeral Home with the
    Rev. Milton Thomas officiating.
    Burial will be in
    Memorial Park Cemetery.
    Friends may call Monday
    from 7 to 9 p.m.

    and Mrs. Herman C. Strablow Sr. on their golden
    wedding anniversary.
    The open house will be held
    from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the
    home of Mr. and Mrs. Clarendon

    friends and relatives.
    Mr. and Mrs. Strablow
    were married March 7, 1917
    at the Epiphany Episcopal
    Church. They made their
    home in this city before moving
    to Black Creek. They are
    now living in Honeoye Lake.
    The Strablows have two
    daughters, Mrs. Roy Cassatt,
    and Mrs. Clarendon Willcox.
    Their son, Herman C. Strablow
    Jr. is deceased. They
    also have seven grandchildren
    and four great grandchildren

    NORTH RIDGE, N. Y.-John C.
    Sirablow. 74 years old, retired farmer,
    died suddenly last evening
    at the family home here. Mr. Strablow
    was born in Germany and
    came to this country when 16 years
    old. He settled near North Ridge
    land had resided in this community
    ever since. In former years he took
    a keen interest in town and agricultural
    affairs. Mr. Strablow died
    several years ago.
    Mr. Strablow is survived by two
    son*. Herman Strablow. of Niag-
    ara Falls, and Elmer Strablow, ol
    North Ridge: one daughter. Mr
    Richard Blown, of North Ridge
    one brother. William Strablow. ol
    Appleton. N. Y.. and one sister
    Mrs. William Jacobs, of the town ol
    Wilson. He is also survived by foui
    grandchildren and three great
    grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be held tomorrow
    afternoon af 2 o'clock at the
    North Ridge home. The Rev. Robert
    Packer will officiate. Interment
    will be in St. Peter's cemetery at
    North Ridge.

    preparing dinner after church yesterday

    In this vicinity for the last 45 years.
    Surviving are her husband. Maurice
    H.; one daughter, Mrs. Fannie
    B. Strablow, Black Creek; one son,
    Arthur L., Colonial Village; two sis-
    ! ters, Mrs. Tryphena King, West Los
    Angeles, Calif., and Miss Mary L.
